This lady ****** ***** is filing a falsified complaint. I has to call the police on her and be escorted to her property to retrieve my tools. She tried to steal them. But police were able to make her return everything. She was upset because I charged her for material and labor and she did not want to pay so she told me I was not allowed on property so I called police. Her neighbors told me she has done this multiple times to multiple contractors. And that she was not completely on her right mind. I kind of got that feeling when she was asking me to put gutters up on the gable of the house where it slants where MO water would ever possibly defy gravity and run off. She has only paid me for materials that were purchased and she got me for the labor. So I will nor be refunding anything that she already owed.Customer response

I received the response below, regarding,
Steve Saxon, reply.
Kindly review the receipts that were provided to you for your records.
He went to **** ***** to purchase gutter guard filters and other accessories to install on my home, of which he never purchased the filters, instead he made unauthorized purchases of $265.00, that did not have anything to do with the gutter repair project he was hired to do.
He was paid $350.00 in advance for his labor, and all materials were supplied to him for the job.
When he had asked me to ***** the money to
******* ******, this was a "RED FLAG". A good business man would have his own bank account, and not use others to funnel any money for him.
This man is a liar and a theft, He is not a very good businessman who has to steal from his customers. He should be put out of business for his work ethics.
I had only wished that I had check with the BBB Website first on him.
I had recently noticed on the BBB website, that Steve Saxon, had a complaint filed against him last August, 2022, who had stole $15,560.00, from another customer.
The only resolution is for this man to refund the $350.00 and to pay me back for the unauthorized purchases of $265.00 that he stole from me, through my **** ***** account.

started 7-26, paid $15680. The job included the following. demo of master shower and reinstall new tile and build up the floor and tile. cut down a couple walls, remove all hardware, towel racks, toilet paper dispenser, repair ceiling, lay new plank floor throughout the house, build a pergola, install 4 ceiling fans. Replace sliding door w French doors. remove and replace the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, remove and haul off ALL trash and clean up. The contractor quit the job yesterday. packed his tools at 930am and left our house in shambles and a shower that isn't operable. We reached out to the contractor and told him he had to redo the shower and pan and replace all the backer board behind the tile because that board will be ruined when he rips of the tile. He did not try to repair replace or fix anything. he quit! also, he brought 3 people in to rip up the flooring, because he was suppose to be out of our shower in 3 days and 2 1/2 weeks later its ruined and unusable and now we are missing things that we asked him to question them about. still no answer. We have asked at least 3 times for ALL receipts from the purchases and none has been produced. Also, when he took his last draw of $7k last week, we specifically told him in text, we expect all materials to be purchased w this money, because he admitted to me he used the first draw to pay his bills. On his business card it states he's a residential contractor and everything he list on his business card is what we needed done! He did not complete ONE thing
