I was originally told that the replacement of my septic tank would be done July 25-27. The job was not started until July 26; however, they completed the installation that day. The City of Jacksonville made their inspection on Wednesday, July 27. The City of Jacksonville informed Jax Septic in an email that the septic tank passed inspection on Friday morning, July 29. I called to find out when the yard would be restored, and I was told that they got held up on another job on Friday; I was told they would be out to finish the job on Monday, August 1. On Monday August 1 I made 2 phone calls to Jax Septic--neither of which was returned. NO ONE SHOWED AGAIN AS PROMISED. My 3-day job has now taken one week, and I have no confidence that it will ever be finished--even though Jax Septic has been paid in full.

I spoke to this customer about her situation. There were some key people out at that time. I promised her that we would be there the next day to cover it up and we did go the next day and completed the job. I went out personally and covered it myself. She seemed to be happy with us at that time and I felt like we left on good terms. We were unable to put the fence back up that day, but she did state that she would be having her fence people do that.
