      I would give this company ZERO stars. I ordered on Oct 22, 2024. I have not received my order until now (Nov *******). They claimed to send a replacement which also never came and tracking never moved (for both order). I asked to cancel my order but they did not want to, asked me to wait until 11/12/24. I contacted them And they are now telling me they cannot cancel, they can only do a ticket the issue so it can get cancel. Such BS and waste of my time!!

      Ordered a mens Vikings shirt for my husband for Xmas . I do this every yr with this company . I orders it end of Oct . I was home sick Nov 4and 5 I went out both days to get my mail . My email said it was sent to me in the 5th . My husband works from home also . We have the same mall main and *** / fed ex drivers. I went up to all of them that week and asked there was no package . This is not ok . Now the shirt. Is out of stock in the purple version . I called asked them for a refund and an email so I can see it / I dont trust them and they have lost a customer. Never sent a email with showing how much my refund is . Trying calling for the 3rd time was on hold for another 22 min asking to talk to a supervisor. They are busy they said . I hung up . This is poor service and not trust worthy .

      if i could give less stars i would ! DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NEXT DAY SHIPPING . I ORDERED MULTIPILE ITEMS AND WAS NEEDING THEM QUICK FOR A GAME , THEY OFFER NEXT DAY SHIPPING AT AN ADDITIONAL COST AND THAT WAS NO PROBLEM . BUT WHEN THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED AND THE NEXT DAY YOU CHECK TRACKING AND SEE THE SHIPPING COMPANY DON'T EVEN HAVE YOUR PACKAGE YET ! FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ,WHAT A JOKE , THEY SAID GIVE IT TILL NOVEMBER 10th AND YOU SHOULD HAVE IT ,BUT YOU OREDERED ON NOVEMBER 6th AND PAID FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING !!!!!!!       I would give them less than a star. I ordered a ************* sweatshirt for $104.74. It was a speciality sweatshirt so I understood there was a waiting period until it shipped. I ordered it on 9/23. It was supposed to ship out 10/25. I waited until 10/27 and started asking where the shipment was. I was given multiple excuses that it was going through a quality check. Ive chatted and called numerous times. I was told twice that a ticket was put through to get a refund. When I called back after a week of not receiving a refund I was told there was nothing they could do but wait for the shipment to arrive. I was also told twice by two other people that my refund will be processed in 48 to 72 hours. Its been over two weeks. Im on the phone with them now and they are claiming itll be another 48 to 72 hours. I just want a refund. I purchased something that they did not deliver on. They should honor my refund.

      ordered 4 items received 3 was told the 4th item they cancelled and it was no longer available at the time but they have yet to send me my refund on the 4th item and its been 2 months. I have called them multiple times and they keep saying they are working on it
