This is not a dream, it’s really a nightmare!! They were really nice and efficient until we bought the kitchen. After we bought it, everything went downhill. They delivered part of the kitchen (some parts were missing others broken). Now it’s more than 3 months and we are still waiting. Megan made a thousands of excuses; she even doesn’t answer my phone because she recognizes the number, therefore, I had to ask a friend for her phone so I could communicate with her. It’s supposed to be an outdoor kitchen but things are already rusted. In summary, it’s the worst company I have been working with and I really regret buying the kitchen because it’s a real nightmare.

All of these negative reviews are right in line with our experiences with them.  PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. On 5/21/22, we spent over $20K in cash. The nightmare began on the day of delivery, with damaged furniture, a damaged umbrella, wrong parts for the fire pit, and the list goes on.   Resolving this issue was a nightmare because of their lack of customer service, ownership, accountability, lies, and threats. To this day, it is the worst experience I have ever had.  They threatened us and told us they wouldn't fix our problems unless we removed the bad reviews. It is now 10/23/24, and our hot tub is still covered by warranty.   The company moved to an undisclosed location, making it almost impossible to contact them.  For several weeks, we have left multiple messages.  Someone finally answered our call.  Now they are telling us that if we want warranty work, we must find a third party to do the evaluation and follow their elaborate BS shady process.  In addition to conducting shady business, this company wants its customers to do all the legwork that is supposed to be done by the company's warranty department. The customer pays for everything and if they deem it to be a warranty job, they pay for the part. Although their warranty clearly states labor coverage is a warranty program they maintain. Labor costs are included in warranty work. They claim they are short-staffed, and they are unable to provide direct service. They never had a warranty technician.  They outsource to a 3rd party. We know this because we met 2 of them. They complained about how Premier owed them money and they were not taking more jobs until they got paid. We are considering discussing this with an attorney and filing a class action lawsuit against them. I am tired of fighting them on everything.  I also want to add that when you buy a hot tub from them, part of the deal is that they provide lifetime chemicals. Premier, will you be shipping does out since you don’t have a showroom?

They are quick to take your money, but the customer service is just awful. We have been waiting one month since they partially “installed” our hot tub. Now they need to fix the broken piece on the bottom that the installer broke and we still cannot get our hydraulic lift cover. My advice is go somewhere else and shop their hot tubs.

Delivered on 7/3/24 setup without all the feet, not leveled., pieces not glued in place (counter top)multiple appliances didn't work, also no warranty/book for any appliances. When speaking with the store on many occasions they stated they were working on getting the crew back out to repair/finish installation. Conversations included countertop, feet, appliances and manuals and warranty information. . On 8/7/24 they came back out added feet and broke the grill. Crew stated owners told them appliances were a warranty item that we needed to contact manufacturer. This was never mentioned before and we waited 35 days for them to return.

Beware, do not buy. This company will not stand behind their product. They do not provide refunds. Forget about getting anything that was promised within the promised period. Don't bother spinning the wheel and do yourself and your friends a favor and don't recommend anyone, you will never see that money. They are masters of the runaround game. Every week it's a different story. Buy elsewhere!

Outdoor Dream Company. Buyer beware I purchased a hot tub in September. Spun the prize wheel and won a 500$ gift card and here I am 9 months later still waiting for said card. Every week it’s a different story and this week it’s the check is in the mail. I also referred a friend before I realized they had terrible customer service and a terrible fulfillment team. I am also waiting on the referral check for that, again a different story every week. They are untruthful and shady. My hot tub is 8 months old and the plastic cover for the filter section started to rust because it had metal inside that was wearing through the plastic. They did not want to cover it and wanted me to pay 49.99 for it. After arguing and signing a paper that stated it was a courtesy to replace it as it was not warranted (8 months old!) they gave it to me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Zero Stars. I purchased my 58 K swim spa 10/2022 from Premier Outdoor USA. My invoice has no serial number and looks like a vehicle sale. We were promised a lifetime of chemicals. We received 1 shipment in the 19 months we’ve had our unit. Our Balboa heater quit working on the pool portion rendering the jets and pump and heater unusable. I have filed 2 claims, one with premier and one with outdoor dream company. Phone calls to Kiersten promised a tech would reach out today. They also expect payment for service before scheduling even though it is under warranty. This is very frustrating and unethical business practices. There is a class action lawsuit happening. Shaun Jackrel refuses to honor his warranties. I will be filing a lawsuit.

Buyer beware!! I spent $35,000 on a summer kitchen over a year ago and it still is not installed and the appliances don't fit into the kitchen they deigned. Shaun (the owner) has stated he refuses to honor what I purchased and is trying to get me to accept less than what I paid for with no return of money. I have not received the final appliance I have paid for and the trash can showed up broken and the bearings falling out of it on day one as they delivered it. We were promised an awesome custom summer kitchen and instead we have an outdoor nightmare. My contract stated 3-5 weeks for delivery and it has now been 52 weeks and I still do not have something you would EVER accept for $35,000. Now Shaun is changing the company name to try and, all to obviously, avoid accountability to the customers he has ripped off. Funny thing is though, it's the same building, exact same products, exact same employees and Shaun is listed as the VP for both. The Attorney General of FL is now looking into him and his actions. There is also a class action law suite forming. What he has done to us he has done to many many others. And he has no problem ripping off Veterans!! Buyer beware!!

This is Premier outdoor usa, under a new name. Beware !!!!
