  I brought my iPhone 12 mini to have the screen fixed because the *** gave out. The sound and vibrations on the phone were working, which is indication that the motherboard was intact. I was charged $171.20 for this. When I returned to pick up the phone I was informed that the motherboard was fried and the phone was unfixable. They told me that it was given to them like this, which is incorrect. The phone made sound, vibrations, and even allowed me to answer a call with the slide feature by remembering where it was, 10 minutes before bringing it to the shop. They refunded the money for the repair but offered no rectification of the frying of my motherboard, making the phone unfixable. The phone is worth $729.99 new. The only issue that it had when it was given to this business was the *** display.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  The phone worked when it was brought in for services; the phone no longer turns on at all. The motherboard was fried and that is a very expensive repair. The phone was only used for 3 months before the screen was damaged. I was refunded only for a screen repair that was never completed, and my broken screen and parts were returned to the phone. I was never compensated for the damages the company did to my phone. I would like compensation for the fried motherboard.

  I got my IPhone 11 screen repaired at I fix and Repair and my phone started glitching shortly after. I got it fixed 2 months ago and everything was fine until yesterday. I recieved a notification from Apple that explained that the part (screen) was not a genuine Apple part. I explained this to the business owner and he laughed in my face and said he could not help me. If only he offered a refund or some kind of solution. They charged my $100 for a fake screen and now I can barely operate my phone.

  17 of July I enter the store inquiring for a glass broken (back)in my phone. Young men said is aprox $125 I told him I have a I phone and the come with a emblem of a apple in the back.. and its also a bottom that the phone use.. he said he would have to order one but it will be $200 plus tax and I have to upfront pay for it.. I ask him do you thing is important to have the apple in the back, he said its better because wont loose value on trade-in.. so I decided to order the original back for my IPhone.. they said it arrived and I left my phone.. upon pick up I notice that the phone has no apple in the back glass.. he play so dumb, that he actually said that the glass never guarantee to come with the apple.. I said but you charge me for the apple in the back.. he said I dont give refund.. did not want to give me the managers info or nothing we wrote letter to corp but no answer and the negative reviews in Internet is the same thing they. Wont call you or hear the scam this young men acted on a customer..
