Signed a contract with JW Lighthomes on 4/12/2023 for them to purchase my property. Both parties signed the contract. This was A purchase agreement. They portray this business as a land buying company. The contract was to be filled in 45 days "or sooner" attempts to contact them have failed. Their web site even compares themselves against real estate brokers. www.jwlighthomes.com They are clearly land flippers and not buyers, if they can't sell the property by the time limit, they just ignore you, in violation of the contract. They owe me $15,000.00 in accordance with the contract.I am happy to provide a copy of it, which is enclosed. I have also enclosed a page from their web site stating what they supposedly do in comparison to A real estate agent.

The contract was no valid being ****** is not a valid ****** for the business JW Lighthomes LLC and is not a managing member.
The file was lost in the process and was never seen by anyone within the business.
I actually am interested in moving forward with the sale and will make an attempt to reach out and resolve the dispute.

I am rejecting this response because: He called me and stated that he would follow through on the contract, but it would take 2 weeks and you will close this within ******************************************* fact does actually follow through.

Everything has been sent in to the title company. Will be closed as soon as the title search and title company can get the transaction approved and seller will have complaint resolved.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: At this point I do not trust this company. He states this will be complete by, AUG. 1st So I wish to keep this open until then or upon receiving full payment before that date.
