On 12/27/2021 I was called by an associate by the name of Melissa O**** stating she was at Audio Tint Pros getting music put in and recommend I come down to see their work since I was talking about updating my radio in my car 2016 Hyundai Accent. Upon arriving I went to the back and watch them installing her new radio and speakers in her 2016 Black Cadillac SRX was very impressed and inquired about an upgrade to my current radio in my 2016 Gray Hyundai Accent. The guy convenience me to sign up for their finance program (**** Finance) which I did and was approved for $3300.00. I set up an appointment to come back on 01/01/2022. I left Melissa O**** there and proceeded home, after talking to my mom and just leasing my own apartment she recommended that I wait until I'm more financially stable to take on another bill. I called back to Audio Tint Pros and talked to the gentlemen, he informed me to call **** Finance to cancel, which I did so and they(****) informed me that Audio Tint Pros said the equipment was installed in my car, I owe them over $3500.00 and which the contract couldn't be cancelled. I called Audio Tint Pros back informing them what **** said, he then said the equipment was installed in your car the 2016 Black Cadillac SRX. I informed him that we both know I don't own the 2016 Black Cadillac SRX, Melissa O**** owns that car. My paperwork clearly states I got the equipment installed in my car 2016 Hynudai Accent, which is a LIE!!! So Audio Tint Pros charging me for another customer's installation and equipment? How is this even possible unless they are just scamming people at this location. I don't know if the owner of Audio Tint Pros knows that his employees are running a SCAM inside of this business. My contract should be cancelled, equipment and installation should be moved to the correct customer's account Melissa O**** the owner of Beyond Cleaning/Beyond Car Wash Detailing. Have pictures there has not been any new equipment installed in my car.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/06) */ This customer is clearly trying to commit fraud she was sent a snap finance application at her request filled out her personal information, got approved, approved the work order invoice and signed for the equipment and the labor and provided photo identification and is now trying to dispute the transaction which we will not allow her to reverse because the equipment was already installed in the vehicle and now this is the result. You can check our history we don't have any active complaints and all positive reviews this person is clearly trying to get away without paying for goods and services after the fact. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It's clear that Audio Tint Pros is committing fraud. All Paperwork states the equipment was installed in my 2016 Hyundai Accent, if this company states they have surveillance, then produce the surveillance showing equipment being installed in my car(2016 Gray Hyundai Accent) please provide for proof. Which they know that can't, this company installed the equipment in a 2016 Black Cadillac SRX which doesn't belong to me. It belongs to associate of one of the guys that works there. This company is stating I filled out paperwork to install equipment into another person's car, that sounds crazy and if that was the case it would be fraudulent anyway you look at it. The manager didn't have too much to say and were stuttering when **** from Channel * showed up to their doors on 01/02/2022 which has launched a full investigation against this location and the SNAP Finance company. The manager informed **** from channel * that I got all the equipment installed in the 2016 Black Cadillac SRX which doesn't belongs to me. ****, asked then how come all her paperwork states it was installed in a Hyundai. **** showed him all paperwork and manager didn't have an answer. Please see attached paperwork showing how much equipment they state were installed, none of the equipment which includes a subwoofer will not fit inside the trunk of a 2016 Hyundai Accent. The million dollar question is how many other people they have done this too, thinking they have signed a contract with no equipment installed and don't have rights. The company states look at their record, it only takes 1 time to get caught and I'm not letting this go Business Response /* (4000, *, 2022/01/11) */ This customer is 100% responsible for the equipment installation the only reason the invoice says Hyundai is because the parts that where ordered for that vehicle where special order but the installation was done on the Caddilac srx that she brought in on the day in question. This customer has already tried to get the finance company to reverse the finance and all the proper steps where taken all of her information matches her identification was copied and they did not allow her to cancel because she is the responsible party for the merchandise that she signed for. If she continues to accuse our business of things mentioned above we will be forced to file legal charges against her for defamation of character and theft of services this is time consuming and disgraceful that somebody is trying to insult the integrity of our business and staff after we spent the entire day working on her vehicle and she even left to get the entire staff McDonald's because she was so happy with the outcome of the vehicle
