If I could honestly give them Zero stars, simply for the rude remarks, threats, and destruction of personal property; also, a very unorganized, mismanaged company; a disgusting, un-sanitized rundown building filled with depression; and a very hostile environment. You know, doing a favor for a friend by returning her ridiculously overpriced rims and tires on her vehicle would also, turn out to me being in the wrong for the entire event. (With a new cash buyer, price didn't matter to him also had cash in hand same day). Which would result in getting personally attacked and cussed out by the store manager Chuck and his accomplice. I was called many names along the way, some being personal attacks, others mental, while the rest were antagonistic, degrading, and threatening remarks. Then they proceeded to move onto a more personal character assassination technique, which is more offensive than what I can share on this platform. While Chuck and his accomplice were on their temper tantrum, they continued to be hostile and threaten me. They also video recorded me to make me seem like I'm wrong, knowing it was NOT my vehicle! Even explained that and apologized for it. They made themselves seem completely justified for their actions. But Chuck and his accomplice continued to antagonize the situation by taking things even further while installing the original rims back onto the vehicle. They refused to touch one rim because they damaged the center cap during the original installation of the new rims and tires (purchased from them). Afterwards, they kicked the expensive center cap on the floor back to me. Then, as I was trying to back my vehicle out, they were creating a very unsafe work environment for themselves and a scary situation for me as a driver trying to back out a 7,000-pound off-road vehicle by sticking their feet under the vehicle while giving me the middle finger and continuing their temper tantrum by yelling and laughing obscenities as I drove away. DONT SUGGEST

I first simply want to get something on paper. I signed a lease for rent a wheel for tires and rims. The process was fairly easy and no real issues with the Shreveport, LA location. They were easy to work with and respectful as well as accommodating during the pandemic, so I thank that location for payment arrangements being allowed. Second, most of us never really read all of the fine print in a contract as we are super excited to get whatever it is or we just are at the end of our rope and places like rent a wheel are predatory in the sense that they know people that lease tires and rims are more than likely strapped for cash and able to make the agreed upon payment with no money down so finding those practices allow companies to prey on people who can't traditionally afford tires and rims out of pocket for their vehicle, hence that was me as well. Again, I didn't read all of the fine print so pretty sure that some things will not fall in my favor. I have had these tires and rims for about 6 months and understanding that they came up to about 5800.00 for the set which we were told were new when they were installed. I even remember the manager of the location saying we were getting brand new, never used tires and rims so imagine my surprise when my F150 kept having a slow leak. So with having to put air in it every 3 days or so, I just didn't have the time to take it into their store to either have it repaired or get a whole new tire, again, I had these so called, brand new tires and rims for only 6 months. So, after having a flat fixed, a month ago up until now, I was told by a local tire shop that the tires definitely were not new and the rims were not either. I neglected to get a picture of the cracks in 2 of the rims because now checking rent a wheels history and customer service, I know that I should have done so but that's water under the bridge. So, about 2 weeks ago, I had decided to go ahead and find some tires and rims just so I could give the ones from rent a wheel back, well I was lucky to find a set for 2700 that I paid for which were used but they were exactly what I wanted and they are guaranteed as well, at least I was told they were used and I knew what I was getting. Well, I decided to contact rent a wheel a few days ago to have them come and pick up the tires and rims after the ones I bought were installed and the rent a wheel ones taken off, the guy who is an experienced tire and rim person told me that one of the rims had 2 cracks in it in which one was previously repaired and another rim was cracked which I had to get repaired in order to take it into a shop and purchase the tires and rims that are on my truck now. Well, fun story, I was told by a lady at the Shreveport, LA location that they would be happy to come and pick them up but she wouldn't have a truck available until today and found that they have a whole new team at the Shreveport location and amazingly, their name changed from rent a wheel to rent a tire because that is who called my phone today to come and pick them up. They didn't give me any paperwork when the guy came to pick them up or anything which I now regret because they can pretty much say anything at this point. So, I decided to simply leave a review just to be sure that I get this on paper in case of any issues with the contract. Again, the tires and rims were not new and they were trying to charge me 5800.00 total price for the tires and rims which was not only misleading but predatory and I am sure they have to be held to some sort of legal standard as the customer is as well. If I had to hold up my end so should they and cannot simply overcharge people and prey on them. I am sure that I will be getting a final bill from them and I hope that it isn't some charge that I do not owe. When I told the lady that I wanted them to come and pick up the rims and tires because there were cracks that had been repaired that is the only information that I have is informing her and her scheduling a truck to come out and recover them due to me voluntarily giving them back. I will see what happens.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this is trash and fraudulent be careful with whatever shop you work with they are not professional at all especially management I actually had to record him because he threatened me and called me out because he wanted to fight mind you I am a female And a client at that I'm glad I told them to take the wheels off my car and I no longer wanted to do business with him due to the fact they made me drive to Dallas from tenesse because I work out of town and I live in Houston he said I said "***** that I called him the n word when that never came out my mouth he said it a few more times and proceeded to call me a wet then that's when I said "you are no better *****" people like me that do good business and have really good standing I. Multiple big purchases have never had issues this dramatic and embarrassing not for me but for RAW "coloration" more like a franchise honestly corporations are way more professional this manager was really on something and he locked me in his damn office with him as he proceeded to get louder and louder till I finally just stepped away he chased after me proceeded to make it seem as if I disrespected and he was kicking me out the store he turned away 3 more clients that tried to help me out by selling me their personal wheels so I can have a way to at least get my extra set of rims for my Jaguar but he kicked them out to for helping me mind you I live 4 hours away from Plano but was currently working in chatanooga tenesse so I went after they called and I told them the last payment was gonna be in person because I needed rims to give me a weeks I still managed to pay them 90$ but didn't want to pay the other 90 yet till I filed a claim on my old set of rims I purchased with them well they damaged my vehicle setting it on some metal rusty rims and he pocketed money
