Mr. ******* I am **** ********* with Realty Executives in The Villages (we are the largest ********** here controlling 28% of all sales last quarter, next was ***** at 12%.)...you verbally attacked me and my clients this afternoon. I have had my real estate license for 49 years. I have never seen anything like you especially at an open to the public clubhouse where I had checked on Sunday brunch for my clients. The only reason we weren't having the brunch is the only times left when I called yesterday conflicted with their church time. I was a member of Cherokee Country Club in ******* and *********, **. Plus, I was a member living on the 18th hole of ***************** and Country Club. My parents were also members. My father was voted membership chairman. You are the rudest person I have come across since moving to The Villages eight years ago. My wife and my clients wanted to check out moving to Harbor Hills. We have formed an 8 place table with our friends for Sunday Brunch many Sundays and also, golfing there, multiple times. Never again...and after ***** was so rude to attack my client for going into the clubhouse to check it out, seeing the pool, brunch, and golf course, because he used the bathroom, was ridiculous. He told me to get off "his" property and then asked me how much money I've got??? I could sell my Villages home and buy most anything in Harbor Hills. That was stupid and disrespectful. You have not heard the last of this...now, my clients are not interested in seeing the three homes I had scheduled through *** Showing Time. My wife is soured too to say the least! I will report this to the listing agencies. The property owners will not be happy. After ***** ran us off, I was merely following my GPS to get to a gate where I was going to call my associate to show the three homes. It took me to a dead-end, then you showed up, blocking out exit and telling me to get off your property or you were calling police.

Mr. ********* tried to use our clubhouse in an attempt to sell customers a home he was told trespassing on private property and asked to leave the building. Our bathrooms are also private areas to be used by our members and guests they are not open to the public. We are in the building and realtor business.I have been a *********** Broker for over 50 yers. I cannot go and use his office he cant use ours.He also attempted to circumvent going through our access control and was asked to leave our golf course maintenance area which is also private property. His response was profanity and name calling so we said if he did not leave we would call the sheriff.People cannot come on private property to use our property to sell their services.
