      Good afternoon. I have been with Addition Financial for many years. I believe in technology, because when you make a payment it is immediately received and that is good for everyone. But I made a deposit by phone photo on Wednesday, thinking that it would be available by Friday (I know that you say that possibly not all the deposit will not be immediately), but I never thought that they would deposit it a week later (it is too long to hold a deposit). The most incredible thing is that I have access to the bank where they write me the check and the same day that I made the deposit by photo-online you deducted it from that account the same day and they hold my deposit for a week when you already collected the money the same day for that bank. Seriously, this deposit by phone does NOT work. I called and the girl told me that they had a hold. It is not a huge amount, it is my paycheck. If I have to pay my rent, I will be late because I don't have the sufficient fund, because of your hold.

      I miss ****** Melbourne, he prided himself on top notch customer service:. He made himself available to his customers when they had a problem He trained his staff in the same way.. This new regime is so non caring and distant, they make you feel as if theyre doing you a favor for serving you. Good customer service is a thing of the past. I think lm going to move my funds to another bank after 50 years with this credit union. Dont feel appreciated!!! ***

      Absolute crooks! This is NOT a COMMUNITY credit union! I have a opportunity checking account (which btw is discrimination based on my credit score, NEVER had a bank do that). They are currently charging me $35 for ACH withdrawal attempts that they didn't even cover! THEN, they allowed ONE automated debit card charge through for $13 but guess who has to pay them $105 in overdraft fees! WOW such a good deal and great company looking out for its members! I specifically checked off the box on my application to NOT allow debit card or ACH overdraft but they still allowed the debit card to go through. Im closing my account and going back to chime bank, who is literally paying me to come back depositing my paychecks! That's how a ********* do revenue retention the right way!

We researched your complaint, and the fees charged were not for an ATM or everyday debit transactions which you are opted out of.  An ACH deposit posted to your account was later withdrawn by the same merchant.  Other withdrawals posted during the period caused NSF fees as funds were unavailable.  There was no credit union error. As a one-time courtesy, one fee was refunded. Please let us know if you have any questions. We're here to help.

      This bank has frozen all my accounts without any notification of letter, collections, certified mail, something before freezing my own money. This bank constantly not secure ,someone or something is always stealing in all our accounts. This Kissimmee branch was no help I have to always be stress and scared with my own money , I live from ssi and this abusive bank is not protecting their clients. I have been banking here for 28 years ever since they change from cfecu to addition its completely not safe with your money and horrible service. They need to be investigated I've heard this many times already.

      Ever since CFE Credit Union became Addition Financial, customer service has greatly DECLINED. As a member for over 20 years and living in ***********, it becomes necessary to do banking by telephone as my computer has been hacked in the past. I have tried to talk to ***********************, the *** but he must be a secret since nobody there will connect me or even connect me with his secretary. Imagine, a long standing member of that bank yet nobody will even take a message for him to call me, I am not even sure that this man exists. So, what other secrets are they hiding>>

      I have been a member since it was CFE credit union. Ever since it became Addition Financial, service has gone down hill.They have changed their bill pay services at least twice, and both have been poor, crappy systems.Each time, you have to re-enter all of your information for each payee. Each time, there are new problems retrieving the bill, or double paying a bill, which causes additional fees.Each time they change to a new system, my children's accounts don't link to mine, for some 'unknown' reason. Then, I have to take time off of my job to go to their office to have them properly do their job.It is ridiculous. We have remained with this bank due to the convenience of it's location. However, we are now looking to switch banks.

She is very approachable, knowledgeable, willingly shares her knowledge and is a very customer friendly bright star for the business.       NEVER felt welcome here!We've had personal accounts for 10+ years. I haven't been able to log into personal acct since aug 2023 (it's Jun 24). Called, got in for 1 visit, locked out again. tried a few more times and they can't figure it out. Now I just wait for the email (almost) everyday to check my balance. I say almost because they don't bother sending it everyday. Archaic, old technology, low rates for savings, even though they act like it's alot. 2 thumbs down!

      I have been a member for 10 years. You have forgoten what customer service is. When you have a question today all you can do is leave a message through your contact center and wait forever to get a call back. The problem is a person may not be able to answer when you call back because of your work schedule.

      I have been a member of this credit union since it was CFE... some 34+ years and am appalled at the lack of service today. I called twice to request a beneficiary form as I need to update my beneficiaries. The first call I was on hold for a lengthy period only to get a rep I could barely understand who told me my request was a "special thing" and someone would need to call me back. Really? When I asked when I might receive a call back she switched me to the credit/debit card **** and more voicemail having nothing to do with my request. I hung up and called back and after another long hold, got a different rep who told me I would need to go to the local Addition office and speak to them. Their office is a good 30 minutes away... because they don't have beneficiary forms. I also learned during this call that all these years they only have my daughter as a beneficiary, not both she and my son although the copy of the beneficiary form I did years ago clearly indicates both my daughter and son as beneficiaries. I'm in shock and appalled at the lack of professionalism in what could have created a major ****** had I died. (A reason I want to complete a form and retain a copy, not just verbally provide the beneficiary information.) I'm pretty sure I'm going to be moving my money soon. As a side note, the first sign of problems for me should have been the 3 times it took to get my checks correct and my marriage/name change.
