I was charged 3 times by this company- i emailed them asking what service they provide and they were not qble to help me - that im not in the system

I ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder from their ad on Instagram. The video showed a kindly old gentleman filling the feeder and the squirrels were unable to get to the food. They actually were tossed off the feeder by a metal rotating piece that made it impossible to get to the food. It took quite a while for it to arrive but when it did I couldn’t believe it. A total piece of junk. The cylinder that held the birdseed was so flimsy I thought it would break when it was full of seed. I hung it up and the squirrels had a ball. They were hanging from it in a matter of minutes and drained all of the seeds. It was such a piece of junk that I tossed it to be recycled. Be warned, this company sells nothing but junk! Save your time and money and skip any ads you see for Duvley. I wouldn’t even give it a one star rating if it was possible.

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Do not buy from this company! They have no communication and no customer service. I ordered a Nightmare Before Christmas advent calendar for my daughter for Christmas. When it came, it looked like the right one, the box was correct. Day 1- a smiling pumpkin (not really the theme, but ok), day 2- a black cat (maybe), day 3- Jason ******** with a chainsaw... what?? I opened the box to find nothing NBC. I emailed pics and order info to customer service. They claimed the item was out of stock so they substituted. I received no communication about any of this. They wanted to give me something else. I told them I didn't want anything else and that I would be sending the product back for a full refund since this is not what I ordered. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I complained. They said they needed to recoup their losses since they paid the shipping. No, I paid for the shipping, it says so on my order email. I sent the item back paying the postage myself in order to get a refund. Now they are telling me that they cannot process my refund because "the credit card company reached out to us informing us that you filed or disputed your order." I did nothing of the kind! And they are currently waiting from a response from ******. I didn't pay with Paypal! They are ridiculous!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would! Do not buy from this company, their products are a complete scam, and their level of customer service is a joke. I ordered a so-called "Natural" Green Tea face mask. It was $20 plus $7 for shipping. It took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and upon trying it I realized it didn't work at all as advertised. It did nothing to clean or cleanse my pores and really dried out my skin. Upon reading the label I noticed there's very little Green Tea in it, and it's about as far from natural as you can get; loaded with chemicals and preserved with EDTA! Call me crazy but I prefer not to rub rat poison on my skin. Upset at the grossly advertised nature of this product I contacted Customer Service for a refund. Their first response was to offer me a 30% refund of the purchase price only, not the shipping, so a total refund of $5.39 when I expended $27. I asked why they would only offer me 30% when the product is falsely advertised as natural. Their next response was to offer me a $20 store credit to buy another one of their products. To this I had to ask, if I'm this unhappy with your products, why would I want to try more of them? Their final response was to have me ship the product back to them at my own expense, and once received they would refund my purchase price, LESS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE! So I would have ended up paying the shipping twice to get a lousy $14 back from these people. They should warn consumers if their products contain chemicals; for many women that is simply a deal-breaker when buying skin care & beauty products. And NEWS FLASH FOR DUVELY, when a customer feel defrauded by your company, you GIVE THEM A REFUND!

Same as all the other complaints. I ordered a smart Christmas tree but got a stand of sting lights. No where on the web page were a picture of just srting lights Shyla sent me. I agree, this comapny is a scam. The advertise one thing and send you something different. Right now it's back and forth emails after kindly asking for a refund on my first email. I agree also, Shyla shoud be Shyster. To bad I had to give them a one star when they deserve zero stars.

They are scammers! What you get is totally different from what they advertise. They will never answer their emails for returns. I wish I had seen all these reviews earlier before purchasing.

I ordered three 6.5 foot "Christmas Tree Lightshows " except that I also paid extra for " fast shipping ". Order placed on October 19, 3 light strings delivered on November 5. All e mail attempts to cancel the order (within 2 hours of placing the order) and to complain that what I received was not what I ordered were met with "sorry, but ....". Company's contact name is "Shyla *******". Probably not a actual person, but they should change the name to "Shyster *******". TOTAL SCAM !
At this point, my only recourse would seem to be writing this BBB review, and notify the U.S. Consumer Protection Agency of the totally false, deceptive, and misleading advertising and practices of this fraudulent "business ". Hopefully, eventually it will help others from being duped like the rest of us were.

Scam - their advertisement is not what they send you. Do not buy. They also charge 33% restocking fee for unsatisfaction and are very slow to respond. It is a scam!!!!

Well I wish I had read all these BAD Reviews. Yes, looks like I've been SCAMMED after ordering 2 x Light Christmas Trees and ONLY receiving 2 x Strands of lights. Same as a previous reviewer stated. Emails back and forth with Photos of confirmation Order Email and product I received and they are making out I only ordered the Strands and at a cost of over $70 Aus.... Told them I was going to review but it looks like they don't give a damn and will continue to SCAM others. I wish I didn't have to put a STAR.

Duvely totally scamed me they sent me a fake knock off of a another me metamorphosis mask I ordered for Halloween they totally ripped me off and now I can't get in contact with anyone to get my money back DoNOT do business with these people or you will be scamed they even stole the name of the real mask to make you think it's authentic...never again
