      I just read the review & wished I had read it first. Hired company to do a job. I too never got a proper estimate or bill. I too was yelled at & bullied by Daniel the VP of the company. I was overcharged & verbally abused. Going to take the issue to a proper authority.

      To begin. FIRST, I HIRED THEM, not the man they continuously fed info to, to understand the electrical process of what was being done. I bought a recreational vehicle which is permanently situated in a large campground of 800 campsites, majority have been made permanent. Management offers one company to use. The above named company (FE) I HAD to work with. They did not care to speak with me as long as they were telling someone what they were doing, BUT it was still MY HOME, my property, my contract my bill. I barely spoke to a "worker" doing work inside my sunroom. The work was done, I was told I would receive a bill, nothing listed but "services" I still don't know all they did, exactly what I paid for. The exact job I wanted done, but never spoke with anyone past the first hour of starting. RV's typically come with a propane and electric combo system to power your home. I purchased this used, was not told the complete truth of the heating problem, I converted my RV from combo to 100% electric. It took tandem steps with the plumber (not informed by either, not the plumber's job, it was FE. Once the new water heater was installed, because brand new electric and new plumbing, the wires connecting the electric TO the water heater HAD to be done by an electrician. No where on my estimate or contract was this written or implied verbally. For this man (remember he services 800 homes in a small area, is ALWAYS nearby. It should have been noted, spoken of or otherwise IGNORED. THE ABSURDITY TO CHARGE me, new single senior, W/disabilities so not able to do what my brain knows how, FE decided it was okay to walk around me, not inform me, yet talk to this man, who controls the very air I breathe to do this to me, unknown to me when I was in another location keeping three animals in air conditioning. When I called to question, Daniel, the owner, got nasty, defensive I was told to call elsewhere next time AND HUNG UP ON, THAT WAS THE CLINCHER. NO RESPECT FOR A CLIENT AT ALL.
