I bought a car from this place on 04/13/2024. I bought the car as is & completely understand that, but the same day I bought it, it had a heavy oil leak that was glued temporarily. I contacted lot owner and ***** **** by message over text and message to inform him about what happened. I asked him to take some responsibility for selling me the car that was rigged up to get it off the lot. I don't want a full refund for this car. I would just like it if the dealership would own up to the mistake that was made & help cover some of the cost of fixing the car.

I bought a car from this place on 12/24/2022. Bought the car as is & completely understand that, but 3 days after I bought the engine blew up! The mechanic stated the piston was blew up & fell into the oil pan . I contacted the car lot to inform the owner of what happened, I begged & pleaded for him to take some responsibility for selling me car that was rigged up just enough to get it off the lot. I have 1 year old twins & saved 3500$ to buy a car to better support my family! I've tried to contact the car lot multiple ********** phone number has been blocked . We went to the car lot to speak in person & was turned away. I just found out that all the contract papers from buying the car has incorrect information & missing signatures from the seller. Example.. my name is spelled incorrect on the registration, the seller didn't sign the bill of sale. I still haven't received the title , I can't get ahold of the car ********* at a complete loss at this point . I've heard from MULTIPLE people that this car lot has done the exact same ************ of people are without cars & completely out of money . I don't want a full refund for this car I would just like if the dealership would own up to the mistake that was made & help cover some of the cost to fix the car.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The car lot knew what they were doing by putting sealant in the motor, making it last long enough to get sold and driven off the car lot. I looked at the reviews and there history is bad for motors going out transmission going out and the wrong paper work. The car lot sells AsIs yes but they are not supposed to sell autos that are no good people depend on these autos to get back and forth to work to support there family. The lemon law says 3 days and they got around the time by adding the sealant to keep it running. They should ****** to make this right, if not all then half of people can't afford a new car so they haft to go to used car lots you would think that they would not treat people dirty. I hope the business will close. They take advantage of good hard working people.

We sold the car As Is, the claim she is making is very invalid, we will never put any type of sealant to any car so people can drive out of my Lot, we understand there is been an issue with the car but don't agree on the statement this lady is making, the car was fine when it left the lot, i as well have a family and will never wish on anyone bad. This people didn't even try to reach to talk to a manager until yesterday 1/10/2023. We asked to go by the dealer and they never did.

On Wednesday, the 12th of January I paid Mr. Cash Auto Sales $4000,00 cash for a car that broke down within 3 hours of buying it! They said it was a good car that had nothing wrong with it except it needed a new battery. I had no problem with buying a new battery, but replacing the transmission I can`t afford. I asked for a refund or another car and he refused and said his mechanic would look at it. I need a ride; how can they steal $4000.00 cash money and I get basically nothing? Where is my car? Where is my ride? How can I get anywhere now? How is this legal? If I took $4000.00 from them, wouldn`t I go to jail? Why aren`t they in jail? What can I do?

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/19) */ Good morning, I have no idea where this came from the car is on our lot the customer dropped it off. This car was bought AS IS, we really have no responsibility after the car leaves the Lot. We have try to reach Mrs.****** no response. We are happy to work with Mrs. ******. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I can`t accept his response because he basically admitted to ripping me off and saying there is nothing I can do about it. Mr. Cash has never called either of my phones. Mr.Cash, if that is his real name, knows why my car has been on his lot for more than a week and a half; it is because the transmission in the car is terrible. The transmission failed within three hours of driving it off the lot. I brought it straight back to the lot and left it there. It is a worthless pile of junk! Mr. Cash hasn't done anything except not answer my phone calls. Mr. Cash is obviously, a crook, swindler, liar, thief, and cheat who has no remorse for the people (suckers) he robs. I thought we had a "lemon law." in Florida. But apparently, we do not. I don't know what I will do if I lose in small-claims court. I know he must have good insurance if he will rob people so blatantly. I tried to reason with him to work something out and asked to buy another car, but he basically said, "Go away!" And referring to me as Mrs. ******* is just a rude and uncouth slap in the face. We'll see how Karma treats "these people." Jesus will know what to do! Either forgive them or send them straight to Hell to be burned alive forever... Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/24) */ GM , Mr, ****** try the car before he purchased it, the car was bought AS IS , the sales man did not admit anything Mr. ****** is saying he admitted, We try to call Mr.****** to talk to him but there was no answer I was personally there when sales man try calling, I witness it. We have done what we could in our hands, It's very sad how This customer feels because we did try to help him if there was anything wrong with the car but he has very strong feelings and is very upset. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/01/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I have a cell phone and a landline; if they can`t reach me, it is because they don`t want to. And therefore, there was no resolution offered. What am I supposed to do now? My brand new, used car is at Dawson`s Scenic repair, probably replacing its transmission. I`m surprised it is legal for a car dealership to outright rob you. But times have changed; everyone wants to lie, cheat, and steal because that`s the American way, now! Thanks, Trump! I`m still waiting on a ride... C`est la vie!
