My son, ******************* is also helping me work through this scam/fraud that I experienced. He and I are working through this together. What happened was I found a ************************ (VIN: RM23H9E134614) through USClassified4All/******* and contacted the seller, *********************** (claimed to be working out of ********* for Vestas). **** would respond via email to give information about the car and answer my questions. After an email exchange, the seller told me that I would need to purchase through Pacific Auto Broker, *** (******* based) and sent me their information. Upon creating an account my son and I started engaging with a representative by the name *******************. They send the sales contract and invoice for me to fill out, along with the wire transfer information to secure the vehicle. Communication was quick and we were able to communicate with ******************* via email, text and calls. I wire transferred the $35,000 as requested to PPO Trusted *** (********** based). A few days later everything was confirmed and we worked together on securing a delivery date of 1/13/2023 to ********, ** where my son was going to help me store the vehicle until spring when I could get it to *******. The week before the delivery of the vehicle was supposed to happen, communication with **** the seller and ******************* the representative from Pacific Auto Broker, *** stopped. We never received a call from the driver on 1/12/2023 to secure a time for delivery on 1/13/2023 in ********, **. All communication stopped and we have not heard anything in well over a week now. Attempts to contact via phone, email and text have been unsuccessful and now the Pacific Auto Broker website is not working and the phone number still rings to *******************, but the recording is for another company. We have everything documented: phone calls, emails, texts, the *** license information including the registered agent with the states (** and **). Ready to share/send any and all information as requested.
