The installers were very professional and very clean.Also explained how everything worked.Would definitely recommend.

The entire process was smooth and stress free. Wait time for installation was minimal. Everyone from the sales rep to the installer were courteous and helpful. A huge shout out to our installer Bryson as he did a great job and was very helpful in explaining the things and helping us set things up.

Storm Shar Smart should be your only choice for professional installation that you can count on. The people are very well-trained and knowledgeable and very experienced. You cant go wrong.

No concerns or complaints-- Communication and experiences with employees was top notch. We have had them long enough now to have done another practice set up and were pleased. We like the options they offer. We selected a variety of coverings for our different windows/doors and are very satisfied. Appreciate the different color options too so that we could compliment our home exterior paint.

Great feeling that in less than 1 minute, I can protect my whole patio and all the expensive furniture, tv, grills and pool equipment. Worth every cent in my opinion! I would also like to recognize the professional installation crew for the shutters. Luis and his father and another gentleman. All true journeymen!! The electricians Harly and his apprentice Z did a 5 star job too!! I would know as I’m a retired journeyman electrician myself. All support staff made this project seem less! Starting w my sales guy Max!! This is definitely an expensive upgrade to our home. I’ve already been talking w neighbors and family who all are totally impressed w everything and considering doing the same to their homes too. Storm Smart installed aluminum roll up shutters on my father in law’s home in Ft Myers about 10 years ago and they are still in use w no issues. Thanks again and please pass along my thoughts to the crews I mentioned above. I tipped them all pretty well to show my appreciation for a job well done! From sales to install everything was great and on time. Very good communication with office and install team. Installer was early, very professional, they cleaned up after themselves and all shades are working great. Electricians showed and in 30 minutes we were up and rolling. I have already recommended to my friend and he's getting an install in a few weeks. Highly recommend

Hurricane curtain looks great and blends well into the lanai area. So nice to be able to see through the curtain when down and not feel as if in a cave. The real test though, will be when a hurricane comes.

I had the motorized roll down hurricane shutters and remote hub installed in my 2nd story bedroom in February 2024 and the impact glass sliders installed on my 2nd story lanai in August 2024. From the salesman, permit agent, installation and inspection schedulers, everyone was professional, highly knowledgeable and skilled, and showed great kindness and attention to detail to make sure it all went smoothly despite me being out of state for the impact slider installation. They had to coordinate with my condo checker to get let in and locked up. I love the motorized roll-down shutters I can operate remotely while out of state and I love not having to climb out of the window and struggle with the older accordion shutters I had previously. The impact sliders look great from a distance that I can see through my Ring Camera and the installers arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves. The head installer went above and beyond, recognizing that the high humidity prevented them from finishing the job in one day due to the concrete not setting up properly for the 300 pound doors. They quickly contacted me with another date to finish the installation that worked with both my schedule and the condo checker's schedule. The installer also travelled back to the office to get copies of the pictures he took and the affidavit for the inspector. I researched many hurricane impact door and window companies and interviewed 3 with bids and am so glad I chose StormSmart and I will continue to recommend them to my friends. I also really appreciate the option of having a payment plan with no interest over 18 months. Their products are top shelf and their employees do a great job and really care about the customers!

Took his time to do a great job, worked hard and left the job site very clean.He also took the time to explain how everything worked and about my warranty. Very professional and a hard worker.It took a little while to get my account set up however the follow up was great.
