Terrible Salesmanship & Service On 10/25/2021, I had a ***** Performance18kw Electric Tankless Water Heater (3.51GPM) installed on my 4 Bedroom 3 Bath (2397sf) Home in Port Saint Lucie, Fl. The company who did the installation also purchased the Tankless Water Heater at a local Home Depot. The total price for Electric ($569.25) Plumbing ($3,875.00). In my Owners Suite, I have a walk-in shower with shower heads on opposite facing walls. My water heater is in my garage on the Southside of my home with the Owner’s suite on the Northside. For almost a year the product seemed to be working fine. Fast Forward to October 2022, my wife & I noticed that with one shower head on in the Owner’s Suite the water remains at solid heated temperature. But when the second shower head was turned on the water temperature dropped to room temperature. I attempted to increase the temperature by adjusting the panel. I contacted the company who installed the product in 2021, the same technician who initially installed the product came out to access the problem. His solution was that because of the area we live in the product needed to be flushed due to scale build up total for flush ($325.00). Also why didn’t the technician recommend installing a flush kit when he initially installed the water heater. The technician attempted to convince me that the flush had solved the issue, I informed him that the issues had not been resolved. He then told me to contact *****, provide them with the serial number & they would switch it out for a new water heater. When I contacted *****, I was told the product was purchased in September 2021 and they exchange for parts only. Since I was not the purchaser of product one would think that the company who purchased and installed the product would address the issue. Never Happened! I do not recommend a plumbing company who claims to “Do-All”

On Thanksgiving my water heater broke. Called them up they came out the day after. They told my wife it would be $2400 to replace the water heater. Had my neighbor go over to help my wife and ask why it cost so much. The guy from the company started to explain than told my neighbor he did not have to explain it to him. The man from the company ended up pushing my neighbor who is an older man down to the ground. **** had to call the police and an ambulance. My neighbor ended up going to the hospital and had a broken wrist. Called and asked for the owner numerous times. They said he was out of town and I asked to who is in charge they said the manager who I also asked to call. They never did. Ended up with paying $1600 to replace from another company. Still waiting for callback. I am spreading the word about this companies handling of this situation, the treatment of there employee abusing clients and the prices they are charging people.

This company preys on old people and naive customers. Charged my 90 year old Mom $700 to clear a kitchen and bath sink backup with a snake in 30 minutes. The charge should have been less than $350. Rip offs

Had a terrible experience with Du All Plumbing. Needed a plumber to reconnect sink/disposal/soap dispenser and filtered water after a remodeling. Was quoted $647 for the job which sounded exorbitant but I okd the price because I needed to get it done. Half way through the job he then asked for another $322 (50% more) because a plastic pipe was misaligned and it needed to be replaced, so the total cost was $970. The implication was the job wouldnt get done if I didnt pay the additional. He was here 4-1/2 hours, not 5-1/2 hours their office said he submitted. That charge amounts to $250/hr but I paid it. I called the mgr and he said they charge by the job, not by the hour. I am a widow and had no choice but to pay as I felt intimidated. I very reluctantly signed for the job and paid it, but the technician should have scoped out the job correctly and given me one price in the first place. That probably would have been a wake up call to me to refuse the work.
