This company came out to service a townhome next-door to mine for an issue with their AC not working properly. They came out and flipped the breaker according to the owner of the company, which was all they needed to do in order to get that AC unit back operational within doing so they flipped that breaker but somehow damaged my AC unit now my AC unit as of yesterday March 4This company came out to service a townhome next-door to mine for a issue with their AC not working properly. They came out and flipped the breaker according to the owner of the company, which was all they needed to do in order to get that AC unit back operational within doing so they flipped that breaker but somehow damaged my AC unit to where now my AC unit as of yesterday March 14 has not been working for close to 24 hours, I called the company and asked them. Could they come out to take a look at what happened to my unit given the fact that it was their guy who came out to check the unit next-door to mine and that both units are right next to each other outside of my house the only said that that was not their problem. They did nothing wrong , he was extremely rude and uncaring about the situation at hand. I have small children in ******* during the spring season. Its hot in my house and they would not come out to check a look at what they did to help remedy the situation this place should be shut down. They dont need to be in business at all because this is not how you do business and this is how you do not take responsibility for what your workers possibly did.

This complaint is only partially correct. We did indeed work on Mr. ******** neighbors A/C and we did flip a breaker in his neighbors house to restore operation of his neighbors A/C system. That is however, the end of any fact or validity to the complaint that was submitted by ******************. Conventional wisdom would dictate that your neighbors electrical system has nothing to do with your own, that is the idea behind having electric meters for each residence. That same wisdom would dictate that the breaker and thermostat that controls my A/C system has nothing to do with my neighbors A/C system. Our company did offer to look at the problem ****************** was experiencing but made him aware that we do charge a service call fee when diagnosing A/C or electrical issues and he elected to not take us up on that offer. We were very professional with Mr.  ******* and feel that our unwillingness to render services without compensation is why ****************** feels we were rude. We do not feel it to be unreasonable to be compensated for ones labor and certainly don't see it as a reason for our business to be shut down. Contrary to the opinion of ****************** this is exactly why we and every other business in the free world continues to be in business, the charging of a fee for our good's and service's!

After installing unit it has been fixed twice under warranty and broke again still under warranty however company said they wouldn't cover the unit with warranty and offered to replace it with a new unit costing $4000.00 plus dollars we decided to call another company and they fixed it and parts were under warranty new company install/fix cost $1140.00 replace parts and labor air assault was refusing to fix and also refusing to cover warranty. I put a call into them once again and as of today 9/18/2023 I have yet to recieve another return call from them . I was highly concerned because Mr. Whalen is elderly and has several health issues I needed to bring him to my home because his home had no AC finally have the unit wrking properly however we are out alot of money and the business seems to not care Thank you. ****** ***** * ******* ******

we reponded to a service call to 125 ritter rd lot 15 lakeland fl 33810 to find a package unit with after market parts and parts that do not belong in that system. After further inspection we found that the evap coil was inpacted and no maintinace had been done in years. we tried to explain to the customer that the manufacturer will not allow after market parts to be installed and yearly tune ups have to be done to keep warranty up to date. He did not agree with us and still demanded warranty service. we asked him to call who ever he got to do the last repair as it was not done correctly. we will only do correct repairs and he did not want us to bring it back to factory specs due to cost. we recommened he call someone else and did not charge for the service call.

December 2022 are condo association at **** ** **** ****** ***. went into a contract with air assault to come out and price our replacement air condition units and have them installed in January 2023… We paid $4250 for the air condition unit, a split unit because of the rooftop part… They gave us that price for a 2 ton, 10 year parts and labor warranty included… The job is complete and inspection was passed in late January 2023… Since that time, we(customers) have been in contact with the office several times, and speaking to several people regarding this paperwork they submitted to us was incorrect.. The model number & the “sear” number are wrong & the warranty would not be allowed… In late March.., after several conversations with the company, they realize the information on our document was incorrect… So they sent someone to the condo to get on the roof to take the picture of the unit and the unit that’s inside our condo… We have been waiting to get the paperwork corrected so we can apply for the 10 year warranty… We went to the place of establishment today…, First off, they gave an incorrect address and no answer to their phones… We found them on some back road business that look like a house with garage is attached and no answer to the property… We drove down the street, a half a block and saw another vehicle with the air assault logo on the truck… I searched my way through the building to find a small office, where a woman named Bridget was doing nothing, I asked her several times regarding the paperwork, and she said she was waiting on somebody else named Kevin… I’ve been told that same excuse for the past three months… We paid for the service & we receive the service and now we’re trying to get the paperwork corrected to receive the warranty on the item I purchased through Air Assault co.. This company has been dragging us along for four months now and we’re not sure if we can even get the warranty now because of the timeframe we had to submit it within.

      To whom it may concern,

I am responding to the complaint filed on April 20th, 2023.

Since then I have spoke with the customer and resolved this issue.

She was trying to warranty her air conditioning unit. We were experiencing some clerical issues and had to reach out to the manufacture to get the proper serial and model numbers.  That unfortunately took way longer than it should of, causing the delay in this process to be done in a timely manner.  We apologized gravely for the inconvenience this has caused our customer.

Once we received those correct numbers we filled the warranty an emailed it to her on April 21st 2023. A copy was mailed to her as well.
