After asking for a refund, as stated in their email (uploaded), I was met with an absolute refusal to refund all monies paid to this company. In my request, they responded with rude behavior, attitude, and sheer disrespect to me and my husband in correspondence with this company. Their willingness to be verbally combative, rude, and obtuse made it difficult to have a normal calm conversation for resolution. My husband and I called to cancel their policy on 12/11/2023 @ 10:00 a.m. in direct response (as stated in this email from the company: "You can cancel your plan at any time within 30 days and receive a full refund on all monies paid as long as you have not utilized the benefits and submitted a claim. During the call, the company stated we couldn't receive ALL MONIES taken from our account and claimed to get a supervisor. While waiting for a supervisor, ****** engaged in aggressive screaming communication and escalated the conversation to the point where he was screaming. This call was the last of 3 calls where we were told by different employees we could cancel at any time within the 30 days of starting the service, with no mention of any requirement to write a "request for cancellation" 3 days before the service start date. After speaking with them, they refused to refund all the money even though we had never used their service. We visited five service providers on their "network," and all refused to recognize them as acceptable insurance. For these reasons, they requested a refund, which they refused while being very argumentative, aggressive, rude, and disrespectful.
