      They never answer your phone calls. They are unreachable. I have waited more than an hour waiting for them to answer my call.

      I was promised a call back from both the representative and the pharmacist and neither called me back in over a week. They don't care and I will not receive my prescription in time after an issue. I am switching back to my original pharmacy.

      I agree with all of the people who have given this pharmacy poor ratings. They obviously don't care about customer service. The "robot" that answers the phone is worthless and makes me scream at the phone, I have been on hold for 30 minutes to find out about my prescription and this is absolutely insane. This is no way to run a business where people's health are relying on efficient service. I am ready to use another pharmacy and chalk this up to another nightmare operation.

      I was returning a phone call from Eagle Pharmacy and spoke to the rudest and most dismissive guy. I usually have a positive response to them but this was unacceptable. He made sarcastic remarks and sighed heavily multiple times after I made a request. Also, my doctor has sent in the Rx three times now, one of which I was physically present to observe her sending it. However, the pharmacy is saying that it was never sent and for me to reach back out to my doctor. She usually only sends in refill requests from pharmacies, but the pharmacy never reached out to her. I had informed them of a change in providers but they must not have changed it in the system because there was no record of it. This was an exhausting experience.

Unfortunately, we do not have a way of knowing the exact reason why we arent receiving anything back. It is possible the healthcare provider is sending to the incorrect pharmacy or fax number.       I would give a minus. They are horrible and cant seem to get anything correct. Just know how to apologize. Every person I speak to gives me a different answer. They loose prescriptions never follow through. Why on earth does ******** use them? Stay away. Waiting weeks for my refill

      I paid them $25 for expedited shipment for medication on March 1. It is now March 11. I have not received my medication. They have not responded and do not answer their phone. They tell me to leave my number and will call back. I have done this three times yet they have not called back. They have my $100. They sent a ***** tracking number but ***** has no record of this shipment. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I see that many others have had similar problems so beware.

      I received an automatic shipment that I did not want. The Synthroid they sent me caused terrible anxiety. So now I have 6 months supply of something I can't use. I think that they take advantage of older people and I would not recommend them to anyone.

      This is the worst customer service. Prescription expired & they said they tried contacting Dr. numerous times which they never did. Why wasn't I notified? I called my Dr. & they called the script in while I was on the phone 10/25/23 . I was waiting for delivery since I am not out of the drug & called again to be told my cc didn't go through - again why was I not notified? Its a FSA & no reason it should have been declined. Gave another card & it went through & still no delivery. I called yet again (very difficult getting through automated Ava), I spoke with John who said it would be sent out soon (not a good answer). Still nothing on website when I log in. Never had this problem in the past. Why is nothing on website & I have to call??? I asked for a supervisor who was rude & said they don't post on website until order ships & she had no updates but would add a note to ship soon. According to FAQ, everything that I was told is the opposite of what is written. Awful. Awful.

      I spoke with my Dr. & he or the office never received any contact. However, even if you really did reach out to the office why was it not documented on the portal or send a text to me which is what the rep said was protocol . Instead I had to keep calling & kept on hold each time for over 20 minutes each time.

      Customer service is horrible. It took a 40 minute phone call to set up an account. It was another 7 days before the order was processed. They use *** ** delivery which is the WORST delivery service. The package was delivered to the wrong address. I reported this to Eagle Pharmacy and they stated this was *** **** problem. No one cares any more. There is no accountability. The people they have answering the customer service line sound bored and they don't really care if they resolve an issue. The customer service rep made a note of my phone call that the package was delivered in my condo complex and I just didn't want to go find it. WHAT? There are almost 300 units in this complex. I reported the issue to *** ** myself. Eagle Pharmacy doesn't care. *** ** doesn't care.

      Hi, Ellen. Enrollment can be a lengthy process over the phone as there is a lot of information that needs to be obtained from and provided to customers. Enrollments can also be completed online for all programs powered by Eagle Pharmacy. It typically takes 1-3 business days for processing orders and shipping time varies depending on the program. The standard shipping method for each program is determined by the manufacturer and is always free but customers have the option to pay for expedited shipping if ever it is needed. We use multiple couriers and if a customer wishes to have their order delivered by a specific one, a request can be made at the time of placing an order with a representative. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to an order once it leaves our facility, but we do open investigations any time a lost or damaged order is reported to us. That is what was done here, and the resolution was provided to and accepted by you on 10/9. We do care about all our customers and understand the importance of the items we provide.
