This company scammed my family out of $39.97 like many other complaints. They used a skin cream website ******** ****** and somehow got our debit card information. We’ve never purchased from them. Our bank won’t refund our money because they say we have entered a Sweepstakes. When I emailed this company they emailed my back with the Bargain Ear Pods email requesting all my personal information. I don’t understand how people live with themselves who do things like this.

      Dear Ms. *********

We have received and reviewed your complaint regarding a request for billing adjustment. We're very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our team has investigated this case more in depth and we have confirmed that this inquiry is not associated with any of the companies that we provide fulfillment services for. With this, unfortunately we cannot provide you with information to contact the seller directly for assistance in getting your refund as we are not able to locate the company referenced in your complaint. Here are some suggestions that may help you acquire the refund you are requesting. Do you have a record of the website you may have made the purchase from? Or perhaps you might be able to dispute the charges with your credit card company? Is there a receipt or invoice that may have the information for the original seller? Also, if you look at the product itself, there may be a "Distributed By" listed with contact information for you to get in touch with the seller directly. We take consumer protection very seriously and want every consumer to be successful in receiving customer service from the original sellers of the products, subscriptions, and any items they have purchased. However, we are more like the postal service or *** which are responsible for shipping items rather than refunds that should be provided by the original seller. Since we are not able to locate this seller with the information provided, we hope that you have some record of the purchase you made so you might contact the seller directly. We understand that this process is frustrating for you and we do not wish to cause any additional inconvenience. We hope that you receive the resolution you are requesting from the original seller. In the meantime, we kindly request that you remove your complaint about our company, as we did not sell you the product.

I did not purchase anything. They stole my bank account information and stole money just as other have stated. They are scamming under their website and a cream website and then saying they are sweepstakes and trying to rob us of more money. They way it is systemed is so the banks cannot track the fraud and ultimately we do not get our stolen money returned.

I have no record of ever purchasing ear-pods from this firm. They then charge $39.95 a month for entry into some type of sweepstakes - for which they say was automatically entered when one purchases. I'm sure you know how the fraud works so I doubt if I need to go into more detail.

On June 17 I received an email that I had won a prize with this company. It appeared that all I had to do was to provide my credit card to pay for shipping and handling. Upon completing paying for shipping and handling I noticed two charges on my credit card. One for $39.97 and the other for $119.98. I contacted customer service for the companies and they said that I had signed up for a game console. I emailed back and let them know that I did no such thing, I don't even play video games why would I purchase a game console? They responded to me that I purchased a subscription , which I requested they immediately cancel. They did cancel my subscription but did not refund my money.

On 11-25-2021 I entered a "crack the egg" contest as a response to an email I received which was supposedly from****. I know now it was in fact not from them. I was informed I had won an ipod and all I had to pay was the shipping charges of $9.97. I gave my credit card number for that purpose. Almost immediately attempts were made against my credit card. There were 3 orders supposedly placed at the same time (11:10am) and 1 supposedly placed at ll:04 am. My bank was able to stop 2 of these charges which were for $119.98each showing Pragyar Get Cream and Crebleg Creble Serum each. I filed a claim for the other two charges of $39.97 and $49.95. My bank ruled in my favor on the $49.95 charge from Naturon Market since they did not respond to the claim. The $39.97 was ruled in favor of Kelty Wave Derm because they had my billing information and said I had agreed to this charge. Since then I have been trying to reach them by email because all of the telephone numbers I had for them (3), including the one they gave my bank, are no longer in service. They finally responded to my email by telling me to call the telephone number on the package I had received. I had not received a package. After another email they gave me a telephone number which was also not in service. At this time instead of the emails being from Kelty Wave they started coming from bargain-earpods.com. They finally gave me a working number of 855-478-7212. They refuse to refund the $39.97 because the bank ruled in their favor. They now admit the charge resulted from my entering the ipod contest and now claim it was an enrollment fee. I spoke to 2 people both of who said there is nothing they can do since the claim was in their favor. I was very calm and tried to reason with them, but both of these people hung up on me. All I want is my $39.97 credited back to my account.
