Absolutely horrifying experience with *****************************! One of the worst encounters I have ever had in my life! My dog was not properly trained various times *** tried to reach out to ***************************** and unfortunately he has ghosted me $4000 later Im still frustrated, and it is beyond me how he can stay in business! If you are looking for a professional training experience for your dog, this place is definitely not it! He is fraudulent and should be reported and arrested! Luckily for him, I was stupid enough to sign his mischievous contract. I should have read the reviews on yelp before proceeding and hiring ******* to try and train my dog. This was a horrific, horrific experience and disappointment he was. THIS HAPPENED IN 2023

Mind your manners canine training in Lakeland Florida, with Micheal and Shelly M****** agreed to train my Doberman with basic obedience and service training in a 6 week program. I dropped Draco at house/ business on 3/25. I paid half upfront through ****** online banking. **** of the 6100$. Micheal and Shelly and I discussed his training in detail. Over the course of the four weeks my dog was within their care I called and texted multiple times a week with no answer or reply. I finally received the only update during the four week time on wk 2. Shelly tried to reassure me that Draco was “no longer pulling on the leash and was healing while walking” “ we want to take him in public to start his service training but didn’t have time yet” I arranged to take him home on 4/26 for my “weekend”. They didn’t allowed me to see him until week four. The night before I texted them as a reminder I was coming. Got there at 0945, called multiples times no answer. Knocked on door., another 15 minutes went by. Finally shelly came out and acted like she forgot I was coming. Brought Draco out. He was scared, dirty and stinky. She said “oh he needs a bath”. I said what is on his neck, (white patched of hair loss). Did you use a prong collar?? Shelly said “I’m not sure what my husband used”. I said ok, Well at least show me what he has learned. She walked him down the road and he pulled her as he always did me. I said he hasn’t learned anything. Her response was “a lot of ppl say that”. As I went to leave another car pulled up and the lady came out of her car demanding to see her dog, bear. Statin “ I’ve been calling you and no answer in 2 weeks.” On 4/28, the soonest I could get and apt I had my vet evaluate my dog, they determined the marks on his neck were from aggressive use of prong collar. My dog was not properly taken care of, groomed or trained. He is thin and acts very timid now. My dog and I suffer emotional damage from this business. I hope to protect others from this.

Services for grooming and training were not received after being paid for. Shelly Ann M****** did a horrible groom job and also injured my bernedoodle during. She stated in writing that she would refund the grooming fee and has never done so. The “training” that was supposed to be received did not happen. My bernedoodle shows ABSOLUTELY NO signs of ANY “training”. Upon pickup a command session is supposed to be given which did not occur even though the main trainer was onsite. At that time Shelly stated I would need to return and said the following day would work. Once I left their residence, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED, I get home to receive an email from Shelly stating that the command session is now scheduled for an additional 5 days after I picked up my baby. What good is “training” when the dog is “trained” by certain commands and you’re not educated on the commands that the animal was so called “trained” on.
