      A charge for ****** was attached to my bank account..I am disputing this unauthorized charge thru my bank.I have not ordered any product and did not give permission for the charge.My bank gave me an ************ Associated with the charge. I called it and they have no account in association with me.Usually with a purchase you received a confirmation thru email on the order and when it will be shipped. I have no correspondence with dynamix and no record thru them that I have an account...But still they have taken ****** out of my account

      Placed order on 1/28/24 purchase id ********** off of an Instagram ad for a total of $239.99. Called several times after 2 weeks went by. No response. They have no website, no nothing.

      Dynamix keeps billing me for Keto Gummies. I am NOT on a subscription for them. Very hard to contact company.

      In December 2023 (I can't remember the exact date) I ordered 3 bottles of Keto Crave gummies with the understanding that I would also receive 3 bottles free. I received 6 bottles of Keto Crave gummies on December 23rd, and my credit card was charged $239.99 on December 25, 2023. I ordered the gummies, and even though they didnt work, I paid for them. As I stated, they didn't work, so I threw the remaining gummies away. On January 27, 2024, I noticed a pending deduction of $239.99 on my credit card but I hadn't ordered anything. I called my financial institution and they helped me find a contact email for them. I immediately contacted them and requested they cancel the pending charge and any orders they may have had in cue. On January 29, 2024, I discovered they had ignored my request and charged my credit card for $239.99. I emailed the company again yesterday, January 30, 3024, and inforned them of my disappointment and demanded a refund of my money. As of today, the payment has still not been refunded. I want my money back from this scamming company. Please help.

      I wanted to let you know that I received the package of keto gummies I was billed for and I immediately mailed them back. I never ordered them.  I have attached the receipt.  I have NOT heard back from them. Thank you.

      Dear BBB,

      This message is intended to inform you that the business has NOT reached out to me to rectify this situation.  Since I returned the unwanted product to the company and they have not reimbursed the almost $300.00 they charged to my credit card, I wanted my claim to reflect this.

      I did not receive a product or service from this company. The company charged my credit card, and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company, Dynamix verified the charge, although they provided no product or service to me.

      Almost the same exact complaint you have on file. I did order them and they dont even work. Now my credit card has a pending charge on $239.99 on it, I never approved it, nothing on the ad said it was automatic renewal. No one answers the phone. Another thing when I ordered it from ******** there was an add on which I didnt want for $59.99 but you couldnt hit the back button. I emailed them back but no answer. I asked them to remove that charge (nothing arrived in the mail) and asked if I could return the unopened from original shipment, as I stated they dont work.

      Even though the $239 charges are still pending they did not ship anything, I just got the mail. They still wont answer the telephone.

      Finally got a response, on January 18th they said in an email they would refund $83.99 back. That has not been done. Even though I told them not to send second shipment they did and charged my credit card $239.00. They are here unopened, I would still like to send them back. They dont even work at ********** of money. They had time to cancel the shipment but sent them anyway, they arrived January 22nd.

      I called this Company two times to resolve the issue , that when i ordered the product it was a one time purchase. I tried to return & get a refund and they have not refunded me and they keep charging my credit card every month . Talking with customer service is brutal. They will not refund my credit card. This product does not work & I have tried to get return ****************** tells me that I can't return.

      I ordered "Keto gummies for weight loss." I immediately found I was unable to tolerate them.I returned the order with a letter stating the same - and requested a refund.I am still receiving two bottles on a regular basis!! I have returned ALL immediately upon receipt - but the orders keep coming! The phone number is useless - never answered!!I reported this to the BBB earlier - to no avail!Please make this stop!

      It was a FB ad for diet pills I ordered near the last of July saying buy one get another free. Once you were in the site and put your info in it showed you being charged for two bottles for a total of $129.99 and also wanting you to purchase some cleanings pills for $59.99. once you were here you could not go back, therefore they charged me for both. I tried to call the number i had written down from their ad but no answer. I tried several time the next few days and no answer. I then call my credit card company to report as a fraud. they wouldnt file until 10 days had passed. It was strange as the FB post was not to be found!! ******** filed the complaint as two separate items. I sent them a picture of the package i received and didn't open with the return address. Told them i could not get anyone to answer. they received all this response of the return policy and customer service policy and side with the merchant. ******** gave me a phone number that was on this paper work. I call and they stated that they couldn't talk to me because I was on a BLACK list. I was furious!!! I called and talked to ******** but they would not change their decision because the merchant said they has provided me with all this stuff they has sent them. Once I received my ******** bill I called the number on it I called and they answered. They said because I didnt contact them to get a return label and I had filed a disputed they would not talk to me and my account was closed. Later because ******** did not receive a response on the $129.99 the we going to credit my account back. Make no sense but they made $59.99. This is also a complaint on ******** as not looking out for the consumer. I refuse to pay ******** and will never use again!!
