I purchased solar from ******************************* (Byosolar/Zuva Energy) somewhere around the beginning of the year. In March 2022, the solar panels were installed but not turned on. To date, (10/24/22) the panels STILL are not on. I financed (along with my boyfriend, **********) these panels to try to cut my power bill down. ******************** promised that this system would work well, be on soon (April 2022) and that any other referrals OR leads **** provided, he would be compensated $1000 per referral. I complained in July 2022 that the unit was STILL not on and got the run around from Zuva Energy, Sun Run and *******. I have also been billed now almost 5 months for the panels that I cannot even use/doesn't work and have to PAY FPL on top of that! I got the panels to do the complete opposite. When I contacted billing about the bill, they stated, "TOO BAD - YOU OWN IT NO MATTER WHAT SO YOU NEED TO PAY, WORKING OR NOT". ******************************* was once again contacted and agreed to pay the first (3) that were taken out of my bank account stating, "IT IS EASIER FOR ME TO GET REIMBURSED THAN FOR YOU SO I WILL PAY IT". One payment was received' other payments never made it and when contacted. ******************** stated he had trouble with the CashApp program, the Zelle name etc. and no other payments have been received. I have tried for weeks to contact him through **** but he refuses to communicate back to us. I also filed about the solar panels being damaged in Hurricane ***. I was informed to get a "blanket Policy" for $600 for one year to cover the panels if there were a storm. Well, there was a storm and the panels were damaged. The *********** policy also REFUSED to take care of the problem. So i am left with damaged panels I own that I have never turned on, insurance money out the window and two companies that refuse to fix or make it right to Hurricane victims. Others I know that **** referred to ******* also have same issues. **** only received 1 bonus out of at least 6 promised. More later.Business response

To whom it may concern,
Please see the attachments provided as proof disputing the complaint. The attachments "******************* convo 1" and "******************* convo 2" show the conversations with the project manager from the solar installer saying they spoke to ****'s boyfriend (who she referred to in the email) letting him know they are covering the damaged panels, so it would not cost them anything and insurance wouldn't be needed. Also, you will see in attachments labeled "******************* insurance policy" and ******************* insurance policy reimbursement" that I reimbursed **** for the insurance policy the day that she got it, because I told her I would help her do that for, so she didn't have to pay out of her pocket for it.
Attachments labeled "*********************** referral 1 and 2 shows that he was given two payments for referrals. The third referral was from a third party company called Sunrun, which was out of my control. I attached "*********************** convo about referrals" showing him acknowledging he received the Sunrun referral. He still has another one owed to him by ******, which I am still helping him get because it was thrown away by him due to it coming in a non labeled white envelope.
Finally, I have attached "******************* convo 3" showing that there has been a major issue with ************* and Light that has caused a delay in getting ****'s system turned on and running. My install company is actively working on getting it taken care of as soon as possible.
