On June 22, 2023 *****, my wife, and I met with *********************, a Legacy Assurance Plan Membership (sales) Consultant - 715 - 4160 - 0456 cell phone, following my inquiry to a ******** entry. The Company offered assistance in developing comprehensive estate plans, the opportunity to have periodic reviews and make any future changes at no charge as circumstances change. Recognizing we lacked even a rough idea of an estate plan, we made the decision to purchase the $$2,895 program. Unfortunately, we did so without first doing an internet search to read what others had experienced. I have no idea if and what appropriate professional standards the company meets.We received a written request for ESTATE P LAN SUMMARY - ****************** and *************************** Personal and Family Information from **************************** (******************************************************* *************), LAP's qualified, vetted estate planning attorney presunably assigned to assist us in developing documents related to our estate plans.Changes were to be made if there were any errors on the forms she enclosed. One form had already been completed without a single item being correct. Names and birth dates of children were not factual. Names of personal representatives and trustees, financial power of attorney, healthcare directive power of attorney, and healthcare directives were also not factual.It seemed the completed form was a copy from another family. I returned it to ************* to maintain their privacy. I enclosed a completed form after substituting incorrect information to that which pertained to us and our family.All forms using the self-addressed mailing envelope provided by ************* were mailed to her office on September 20th by certified mail. It was returned to me as RETURN TO SENDER UNABLE TO FORWARD.On the envelope the post office made notatioins:1st notice **** 2nd notice 9--27 return **** Oibviously ************* lacked the professional attention to matters pertaining to her role with Legacy Assurance Plan's responsibility to us. I re-mailed the documents and signed health care directives to ************* on October 16th witth expected delivery on October 18th but have had no response from her.I called ********************* on November 13th for help getting the document process pursued by the attorney. He simply told me to contact LAP's main office. I thought he might help me work through the levels of customer service. So much for promoting **********************'s Loyalty Program. I assumed he believed he had more than earned his commission from our purchase - two phone calls and a home visit.On 11-13-23 3:30 p.m. I emailed LAP We still have no documents. Original information had ABSOLUTELY changes sent to attorney. Returned by post office after 2 or 3 My only resort is complaint to ********* ************************ Re mailed docs to attorney 10-16-23 but nothing from her. I received a phone call from *****, LAP office in *******, on November 17th about the lack of service but have heard nothing since from anyone related estate planning for us.Business response
