So apparently a few of my accounts got hacked and they are giving me grief about getting my accounts back and they take there sweet time and closed out my support ticket. i want resolutionBusiness response

***************************Artix Entertainment had told me in an email that 2 of my accounts were hacked, and now they are saying that none of the accounts belong to me, and I have many accounts with them i never bought any of them, i created each and every one under different emails due to you can only have one acct to an email and ************************ and *************** were the main, apparently ************************ got hacked and another account got hacked and deleted, they had given me back one of my accts then that same day took it back, which to this day i have no idea why, and now there saying none of my accts are mine?

Please provide evidence of ownership of the accounts, such as: (1) any and all emails used on the account; (2) date of birth; (3) location in which account was created; (4) payment information, if any, including buyer name, buyer email, transaction ID; (5) linked account information for any other Artix Games or an Artix/Portal account.
Please include your ticket number ****** created on 03/30/2024 and/or ****** created on 05/10/2024 regarding this subject.

I am rejecting this response because:
i went to there website to get into my acct to get the linked accounts for ***** wyrmblade, oddlertheegreat, godblackdeath, *******, akto, oddler and siyen, i do not have access to get this info they want i have a few of the emails ************************* **************** ******************** *********************** ******************** *************************** **************** i have access to most of these accounts, some i do not the b days should be 2-26-1977- to 2-26-1976 due to typo on the 77 part, also the last 4 of 2 of the cc would be these would be the 2 cards used to make purchaes on those accts 7903 and 06/26, also 0279 and 01/26 would be the cc used to make purchases on the accounts in question.

To reinstate the accounts please:

2. Select AQWorlds as the game.
