I bought a hearing aid on August 2, 2023, and had trouble with it since. I have been back to the Beltone store many times complaining about the hearing aid and I have called on the phone with questions and complaints. On the 22 of November, I took the hearing aid, its box, charger, etc. back to Beltone. *********************, the manager, said I could not return it because I owned it. I told him that it was not working for me and he said, "It is working for you." I said, "I want to send it back to Beltone and get a refund."He said I only had ************************************************************************************* frequently with complaints before the 30 days were up and in the past 3 months. He said he would have a Regional Manager call me, but he hasn't called.My complaints about the hearing aid (I only have one because I am deaf in the other ear) are many. It does not feel comfortable behind my ear. I thought I would get used to it, but after three months it still did not feel good. I had a hard time getting it into my ear. My old hearing aid (which I am using) is easy to fit in my ear. When I would touch my hair I would hit a button on the hearing aid. I called Beltone and asked what the button was for. The lady who answered the phone told me it was to lower the sound but I never knew if the sound was higher or lower.But the biggest problem was when I was on the phone. There was feedback and the person I was talking to complained about the noise. When I took the hearing aid out the person on the other end said the noise went away. So I didn't use the hearing aid much. Once I took it out I left it on the table for the rest of the day. I told ***** that I wasn't using the hearing aid because it wasn't 'working for me.' He looked at his computer and said I used it for 900 hours. That's when it wasn't on the charger. I wasn't using it; it was on my table.I am using my old aid. I have to put a battery in it, but it works for me.
