Larco pools built my pool (did a horrible job so DO NOT USE THEM!) and he used this company to install the plaster coating in my pool, and the experience has been disastrous. The installers damaged my pool’s coping with acid stains, smeared the plaster pool coating onto the coping, and left visible footprints in the plaster both in the shallow and deep ends of the pool. In addition to damaging my pool, they left plaster coating in my lawn, my neighbor’s lawn, and even managed to get it on my vehicle's window and grill, despite being set up 10 feet away from it. To make matters worse, the workers cleaned their tools in my front lawn, leaving a large, unsightly brown spot. Throughout this process, they showed no regard for my property or their quality of work. Attempts to reach the company to address these issues have gone unanswered. They have ignored multiple phone calls and messages, showing no interest in fixing, replacing, or repairing the damage caused. I strongly advise against hiring this company for any pool work. If you do, ensure you have cameras recording everything because they may not take responsibility for any damage. Expect substandard workmanship and a complete disregard for your property. Avoid at all costs!
