Greeting, my name is *****, I'm writing this to report I was purchased a sign from Global investment led and others Llc for our business,but we found out they never pulled proper permits from the state nor landlord, upon inspection they told us it must come down, when I contacted the owner his name ******************* and he agreeded fully refund but never did, so I have to open the business claim to *** the company and *** *******************. When we tried to serve them and all address on sunbiz and skip trace came back false just couldn't find this person. May I asking for help locating him and or his business address please, Thank you very much.Business response

******** signs, there was no installation performed. The customer never told us she that needs and installer or help with permits, we are not contractors however we would have helped her find a contractor for the install.
At one point they felt the sign was small so we upgraded them to a bigger sign. The sign was custom for $2000, you will not find many as affordable as ours. She wanted money back however there are no refunds on custom signs.
The last we heard from the customer is they went with ************************ business.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because he knew all the information of landlord and their requests, also our contract wrote down of permit fees needed to added. And he agreeded gave fully refund . Please see attached of documents. Thank you very much.

I am rejecting this response because:I'm writing this to request to reopened the complaint #******** of two reasons.
First, as a legal company to be registered in **, they should always have correct business addres to operate their business. So I'm asking for their current business address for the summons please.
Second, I'm going to provide more information of the owner told me many times that will give refunds to me not as he said never agreed for refund of company's policy. Please see attached.

Hello,my name is ***, I purchased a business sign from global Inv led company on March this year. After set up the sign I found out it wasn't got provide from landlord and also didn't have permit from city so its illegal to use, I contacted to the owner of company and finally made agreement he would refund to me but I never got it until now. Could I get help from yours to get my refund back please, thank you very much.Business response

This verbal response was taken by BBB.
This customer was made aware of our no refund policy. We cannot accept custom signs back as they can only be thrown out.
In order to keep a good relationship with our customer and as good will, we will work with her on a partial refund.

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to provide the owner of company agreed refund full amount to me. He kept let me waited because he told me got sick, that's why I waited few months but didn't hear anything from them. Please see attached.
