I, *************************** and ***************************** took 1 business class ticket to ***** from ********* international air port in ***** air through aj travels I gave my credit card no and the code to charge, but they charged many times, not only that from ****** air port they didn't let us fly, then they put the comment no show. We both were at the air port around 4 hours early to the flight. Then me and my wife flu back to tampa. The whole night these elderly couples were in the ****** air port in the freezing weather with out any help. Then and now no one want to help us. Right now I am trying to contact with aj travels but they don't want to give my money and other expenses. I am worrying about the credit card company. I took all the money from bank and paid off the bill, because of the interest and late fee for this huge amount. I broke Still We need to go for the ayoorvedik treatment for shoulder and spine. My and my wife's health conditions getting worst. We are 71 year old senior citizen. They all treated us very badly Please they told my vissa is not valid. I applied for the new vissa. The consulate general in ******* denied my application, because of my valued vissa. My vissa is good for 5 years. untile ****. We all begging for the favorable judgement. Please note that being a travel agent; we have issued a valid ticket for ******************************* and Mrs. *************************;for to travel from *** to *** and back. ******************************* was at the airport on 04 Jan and unfortunately the airline denied boarding due to **** issues. Upon received the call from *******************************, we contacted the airline and verified the reason for denying the boarding and we got the information from the ** airline that "per the requirements they have on file, the e-Visa is valid for only 120 days from issuance" which they may reconfirm with the Indian embassy as well.
Still we are chasing with the airline to get the clarity and waiver on the penalties as being a travel agent, if a passenger denied boarding due to documentation issues, its not our responsibility and we have to pay the penalty + no-show fees to the airline and can get the balance amount back to original form of payment.
Since ******************************* and ********************************** are good customers for us and we value all our customers, we are still trying to get an update from the airline's end.
