I booked a cruise with the option of getting my money back if I cancelled. He would not return my calls/text. Finally I did get a hold of him and once again I got an empty promise. At this point I'm fed up, want my money back now, and will never book with him again.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ When Mr ***** booked a cruise he need me to extend him the credit for the deposit. I extended him the necessary funds and he routed money to me. When he selected to cancel I did just that with the cruise line on his behalf. Once I was able to confirm that I had indeed received the refund and that my credit card had posted the transaction, I returned the funds to him. The subsequent refund check as since been cashed by him. I am sorry that he had such an unpleasant experience. I wish him well in booking future travel.
