Unfortunately, the entire process with the installation of the windows and sliding doors in a condo with this company was very frustrating, 0 punctuality, uncompleted promises, poor communication and in general I will not recommend this company.Review from Heidi N

We are a property management co with over 100 properties under management. We hired this company to do window replacement and the job was not completed satisfactory, we are experiencing terrible humidity issues because the windows and sliders were not installed correctly. We gave the owner many many chance to make this right, we waited months for him to keep giving us the run around. We are having major mildew issues because of his job. The repair has now costed a significant amount. I cant comprehend how they are still in business. I would NEVER recommend them for anything.

The window replacement was great. High quality product. The installer was polite, professional and cleaned up after every step. The owner got us immediate installation as we had to wait on a custom product. Overall, a very good experience.Review from Vinny G

Nasty owner very unprofessional Poor attitude shows and like to swear at customers poor poor poor customer service

I have over 45 years of experience in Customer Service and our record speaks for itself. This couple has entitlement issues when that is not met turn to tag team anger and attack. When that did not work they then threatened with bodily harm.
