      Hello!My son was at **********, ** for the summer for an internship. He needed to move from there to **. The move was picked up on August 6th, 2024 and was to be delivered and we have yet received the move. I have incurred in an expense due to the lack of performance from this company. I have called around 60 times to get an answer. My direct contact person is *** ************* and the dispatcher ***** ************. I have requested to speak with a supervisor and there is always a reason why not to transfer me until October 7 when they said, after mentioning that I was going to file with BBB, that they were working on it, but nothing yet. I called "******" ************ and left 2 messages and no reply. What am I looking for? According to contract, if delivery exceeds the 30 days, they should deduct every day $30.00 from the balance. However, due to the fact that my son started his senior year of college, he needed in a bed and a couple of other items in the meantime to get by while his move arrives. So, basically, I not only want the company to deliver immediately his move, in addition to, the deduction of the dollar amount of the 2 months behind delivery and the amount that I have spent due to the lack of performance.

      I am seeking assistance with receiving my items from Alliance Movers who are based in *******. They came to pick up my things on 6/29 and when they arrived half of the truck was full with other peoples items, so they loaded what they could of my belongings. They told me that they would take those things to ********, and that they would come and get the rest of my items the next day. 5 hours later they called and stated that they had turned back around because they were tired, and they were going to a hotel. They stated that my belongings were safe on truck and they would return in am , and load the rest of my things and deliver to **. The next morning they arrived and I noticed the truck was empty. I asked them what happened to my things that had been loaded the day prior. I was told by **** that they had put my things in storage . I was not informed of this and dont know why they loaded the truck with my items telling me they would deliver, and instead put my things in storage . The whole thing was just misleading and concerning to me .They loaded the items rest of the items and went to hotel. 6/30 delivered to ** . Was told by **** that items in storage would be delivered on 7/3/24. Its now 9/18/24. Contacted ***** C in dispatch weekly and she tells me that she will contact me when she receives an update . No callbacks or updates not even about per diem. If I dont call her she doesnt call me . She said shes been sending delivery requests for update no response. Its been almost three months since Ive laid eyes on my belongings. Company had 30 business days as of the first delivery date to deliver my items which was 8/14. It is now 9/18. All of my childrens baby pictures, clothes, beds, band instruments , dishes, you name it are in storage. My kids cry daily about their things . I have went to ER due to back pain sleeping on floor anxiety all related to this incident. I fought for this country and now have to fight for my personal belongings. So unfair

      my pick up , was done on 8/16 , no one told me the price changed until after my stuff was picked up and moved way to *******. i was charged almost triple of what i was quoted for . which that not suppose to happen . then i was basically bullied into paying or i want get my belongings. this company is very rude and they company is full of c*** ... if it was a issue upon loading my items i should of been called and maid aware of any change but no thye basically screwed me over n now im emotionally and financial stressed and drained with these bait and switch tactics . they hang up in your face , when they do answer . also u have to call from another number to get them to answer any of your calls about your items ..

      This customer was not at the pick up location. No one was!

      When we called she asked the ******* to  empty her storage unit, we did and it took more space on the truck that she originally anticipated. 

      In those circumstances when the customer is  not present at the time of pick up we have to do what is the most officiant way to finish the job and move on.

      Also to this day we have not received a payment of 70% (30 days past due) of the balance owed, therefor the account is now delinquent, and the customer was emailed a letter that in accordance with Florida State Commercial Code and Federal Regulations Code if we do not receive a payment within 30 days we will be forced to put her items for Auction. Furthermore as of 09/15/2024 we will start charging her storage fee.

      The non-profit I work for paid for a moving company to collect our things and store them for us while we moved to *******. The company in question, alliance movers, told us over the phone that they would only store our belongings for 30 days. They collected our things on the 29 of July, 2024. And we requested delivery for the 11 of August, 2024. (well within their 30 day window). It is now September 8, and our belongings still haven't been delivered to us. We paid them in full for the delivery as well, and yet they haven't delivered our things. I've come to learn that there is no binding language used in their moving contract that holds them accountable to deliver our belongings. They may never deliver them, I'm not sure. They may have stolen them. Each time I call the company they tell me they are very busy. We need someone to step in on our behalf.

      According to the contract you signed we have 30 business days to deliver your items.

      This applies to all interstate moves. We try our best to deliver as close to your FAD as possible, but sometimes it take longer. 

      We are currently at 20 business days for this customer and working diligently to schedule delivery

      I hired Alliance Movers Group to help me move from *********, **** to *******, *****, back in June. They picked up my belongings from *********, on July 24, 2024. They informed me that the delivery would occur within 21 business days from my first available delivery date, which was set for July 30, 2024. This means that my belongings should have been delivered by August 28, 2024, at the latest. I was informed that part of my belongings had been picked up by a truck driver on August 19, 2024. However, I have not received any further updates or communication regarding the status of my delivery. As of today, August 30, 2024, I have not received my belongings, nor have I been contacted by a driver or any representative from Alliance Movers Group to provide an explanation for the delay.This has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my life. I have been forced to make alternative arrangements for essential items. I have been sleeping on the floor for more than a month. Not to mention the stress and additional expenses it has caused.I request that Alliance Movers Group immediately provide a clear and accurate update on the status of my delivery and a firm commitment to a delivery date. Additionally, I seek compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred due to the extended delay.I hope that the Better Business Bureau can assist in resolving this issue promptly.

      This company is terrible to do business with. I paid 70% of my $2000 quote that was given to me. They picked up my Furniture on July 13. They told me it would take up to 30 business days and could not deliver on the same day. It is now August 27 and i have been trying to get my furniture for the past month. They told me weeks ago that it was to be delivered. I called numerous times about this and on August 15, it was "loaded and ready to be delivered. It has been 12 days since then and when i call they either will say that it is "loaded" or that they "cannot get a straight answer from Dispatch". It has been over a month since they have had my furniture and i just want my things delivered. Haven't had a bed to sleep on in over a month.

      I want to know where my items are. I want an update on my delivery job L6697384. It is unfortunate that you all have overbooked, but that is not my fault and i should not have to deal with the repercussions. While the per diem is appreciated, i still do not have any information about the location of my items. Even when i call the drivers cannot get a clear answer to the dispatch. This has become increasingly frustrating.

      Hired this company to move our possessions from ****** FL to ****** SC. Packing was on July 13 and delivery was to be within 7 days. It is now August 21 and we STILL do not have our possessions and no scheduled delivery date. We have called and emailed several times. They have given verbal dates for delivery but never honored. They are now not answering our calls.In addition, the current price for delivery is almost 3 times the quoted estimate.Please help resolve this matter if you can.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We have initiated EVERY call and email to this company. They have NEVER called us back or sent us an email if we left a message when they were not available. 

      The last time we called was Thursday, 8/22 not 8/23 as they indicate. We got no update, but was PROMISED a call back before 6:00 PM with a delivery date. We still have no reply on 8/26. 

      They have had our possessions since 7/13. Busy or not, way past time to deliver our shipment and let another delivery wait.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We did get a shipment of about 1/2 of our possessions today. They required payment in full for the entire remaining balance o $4,000 before they would start yo unload, but they failed to advise us that the full shipment was not included.

      Fortunately, Zelle has a $2,000 send limit per day. I could not send $4,000 in one transaction. We noticed several missing items during the unloading. Only THEN we're we told there was about half out load still in storage. Thank you ***** for not allowing a payment of $4,000.

      I have no idea when, or if, we will get the remaining items.

      What a mess this experience has been!

      We hired the movers to show up on the 2nd of August. They did not show up until a day later on the 3rd. Two guys show up in a rented enterprise truck where they had multiple families things. They then tell me this is not going to be a same day delivery as we were told it would be when sold this service by *****. They told us it would be between 3-5 days and I could not speak to the office because they are closed on the weekends. It has now been 17 days and there is no update on my belongings or when they will be here. ***** in customer service is unapologetic and does not care because it is not her problem. The manager ****** says it is out of her hand and is up to dispatch. When speaking to dispatch they told me I would get it when I get it and there are no updates. This is a prime example of a bait and switch. Where we are told it is a straight move and all prior paper work states this then they show up get us to sign a different contract that says it could be up to 30 days. I just want to know where my belongings are and when I will receive them. I have paid them all but a couple hundred dollars I have spent nearly $4000 on movers that don't know when they are going to move our things. They also said more charges can be added upon delivery. This has been every bit of unprofessional, lack of communication, bait and switch, and confusion it seems like on their end. I could not less recommend this company. Please return our stuff to us!

      I am not sure who we are responding to, since the persons phone number or name does not exists in our database

      FYI We do not guarantee straight deliveries for Interstate moves especially if they are more then 150 mi apart.

      Our contract specifically states that all interstate moves we will try to deliver within 21 business days and we will guarantee to deliver in 30 business days starting from the *** (first available day) given to us by the customer.

      My order number is *******. This is why I am putting in bait and switch tactics as a complaint. We were not informed of any of this up to 30 day information until you showed up to start the moving process. It is now day 20 without our things and I have called almost daily for updates and there is none. I was moving 5 hours away from ********* ** to ******* AL not across the country. I was told today that you took my things to **** to store which is twice the distance it would have been just to move them as a straight move. Everyone I talk to has been rude and tried to push me off the phone as fast as possible. You are going against every mission statement on your website. I am at the point of pursuing further action. You are treating my things as if they are materials on a LTL freight line.

      I understand this was an out of state or interstate move but this has still been very terrible communication from you all. It is not my fault this is a busy moving season. We have hired you to move our things in a timely manner and it is day 25 without my things. You have still failed to even give me an estimated date or explanation of why this is taking this long. I understand you have moved my things to **** and are trying to make money on bringing it to ******* by bundling other loads with it. I assume this has been hard which is why you are holding my possessions and failing to give me an update on a timeline. This is getting to the point of you holding my things hostage. I have told everyone I know about this situation and will encourage others to leave reviews on my experience with you all. I will not accept a response or take this down until I have my things.

      Said grp picked up my belongings on June 26 with a delivery date to new location on July 1st, delivery date was changed by me due to unforeseen circumstances to July 10! Todate I have yet to receive my belongings and I have called over 25 times to no avail (spoke w/*****, *** made initial arrangements). *** asked to speak to a mgr/supv only to be given brush off or hung up on. Was told by driver that was supposed to deliver to ** location my possessions are in ********* only to be told by ***** my things are in ************. Ive given them $205 dep/$1200 after pickup and would like my belongings and a partial refund for punitive damages emotional stress (my mothers urn is with my belongings) false advertising (never stated they were a Broker)

      Bad communication and ***************** This company gave me a quote of anround $3600 to move my home items from ************** to *******. On the date of the move the quote was adjusted to more than double the price but my family was desperate to start making new arrangements so we accepted. Our items never made it to our new home and only about 30% were delivered. The driver told us he does not know the whereabouts of the other items and it has been over 3 weeks now. The customer service is extremely rude and no information has been given to us to where the items could be. Unfortunately for us my mums medication and other health related items were included and she had to go to urgent care as a result of a health scare. I am seeking legal assistance to follow through with this scam of a company.

      The size of the move almost doubled upon our arrival. it is responsibility of a customer to let us know the inventory and be transparent about everything that is going on the truck. We charge by the size of the move!! The driver does not know the detail of the move. They are given a daily assignment and that all they know. The customer been calling the office multiple times a day and always was given an answer that is available to us at the time of his call. As afar as medications, we strongly advise everyone not to put medications and any other essential items on the truck, such as valuables, important documents, passports, ashes of loved ones, etc.

        The business was not transparent with the information needed to get an adequate quote and the initial assessment. They give you an inaccurate quote to get you hooked and latter increase the quote. I was given a verbal agreement that the items will be delivered the very next day. The business reassured me on this and the driver did as well. I had a very heavy safe on my items that might have pushed the movers to think I had money or other valuables inside. I have been calling this business multiple times a day because they never give me clear answers and I was hung up on multiple times. **************** is very rude and when I asked in multiple occasions to speak to supervisor I was told they were not available. This business over promised me on their services and I was misled. Until date, I do not know where my items including my safe and mums medications are. This company is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Their integrity is close to zero and anyone who decides to do business with these fellows must be ready for the full package. It is more than 3 weeks today and Ive not heard anything from them. Can you imagine?
