I purchased some products from this seller through ******* because I was re selling on Amazon but the products didn't work price wise I sent them back to the seller. First I had a really hard time getting the return label from them. Then I sent the products back to them through ****** I think it might be late March or early April. I was waiting for sometimes I never got my refund back and it took almost a year to keep asking them for a refund. This seller is asking for the tracking number and I don't have it.I filed two complaints on 12/28/2022 about two sellers who are using ******* platform to sell their products and I have same issues getting my refund.If BBB would need any additional information I am willing to provide. If a customer is returning something back to the sellers why they would make it so hard to get a refund when a customer doesn't have the tracking number.I went to ***** and ask them to pull out my returns tracking numbers they couldn't. Why is there a problem with no solutions to get refund. When a return goes to their warehouse why they can't match it to the original purchase in order to refund customer?I need my refundBusiness response

Hello, unfortunately ******* has a limited range of search history with orders, so we aren't able to pull up the exact order up. But based on the complaint there are several key issues here.
First of all ******* does have a 30 day return policy. So if the return was attempted after, it would not be eligible for a refund.
Secondly, ******* does have a hassle-free return policy where you can easily pre-print a label to return orders and be automatically refunded by the ******* system. Why would the customer be having a "hard time" trying to get a label?
3rd, where is the proof that it was sent back? If we are asking for a tracking number, it is simply to show proof that it was sent back. We can't just go by someone saying I did send it back...what if they didnt?. If proof is shown, we have no issue with refunding.
