We purchased a shower glass enclosure 8/2/21 for a house we were selling. Took a few weeks to receive & then a few weeks before installing. Installation went fine. We paid them in full. Shower was never used prior to Feb, 2022 when a home inspection was performed for a potential buyer & found leak near bottom where glass pieces joined. Called Tammie (owner) & she indicated she couldn't get to it until the following week. The week came and passed. She never called to reschedule for weeks. We have made numerous calls, with them giving us promised times & dates to come. We would go to house each time & wait - them never calling or showing up! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! This process has been on-going for months, with no success. Our attorney made 2 calls to them the week of 6/6/22 to rectify this issue and they promised to contact us by the end of the week or beginning of this week, 6/13. It is now past that date & no one has called, or attempted to resolve this issue. AGAIN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Want the job completed - is that asking too much?
