I responded to an advertisement for Panama City/Fort Myers gutters owned by Emmett ******. Peter ******** from his company came out to meet me at my home and provided an estimate for the work. We agreed upon the price and I placed the $400 deposit on my credit card. Weeks went by and I was not called to schedule a date for the installation. I called to inquire as to why this was the case and was told that the employee tasked with the installation was out with a family emergency. For the next two weeks I was told the same answer upon repeated inquiries. I then requested over the phone and via email a refund of my deposit. The company’s representative Terry English has told me that they have tried to process the refund to my credit card but have been unsuccessful. It has been four weeks since the refund request and I have received nothing. My credit card company denies that Panama City/Fort Myers Gutters has attempted to process any sort of refund.Initial Complaint

We have been trying to get in touch with Pensacola Seamless Gutters since we sign a contract with them on the 20th of April. We were supposed to hear something back within 4 weeks. We have been calling, emailing, and ******** messaging to no avail. Multiple comments were deleted on the FB page from other customers complaining about no communication and/or not doing the work that was paid for. We have reached out to bother the owner and the contractor that came to our house with no response. At this time have have taken our money, but have gone well past the dates of expected completion.Initial Complaint

On May 16, 2022, I paid a deposit of $429.00 to Panama City Gutter to replace the soffit and fascia, and as per conversation with their sales representative, Randy Payne, who provided me with the repair quote, stated it would likely take three weeks. Ever since, they have been ghosting me and I have been trying to get their contractor's license number.Initial Complaint

A quote was emailed to me by Panama City Gutters. Also known as Pensacola Gutters. The quote was for some gutter and fascia work. I paid the downpayment on a the link that was sent to me. When they completed the job I paid the last payment according to their statement sent to me but I feel it was incorrect. I was trying to go back to my original quote but could not find it in my email. I have called them several times to ask for a copy of the quote but have not gotten it. They always promise to send it but I have not gotten it. I have been dealing with this since the beginning of March. I have completed the gutters and fascia and did a good job but I need to know if I paid them more than what was quoted to me. Below is a copy of my payments. I made 2 payments $300 and $622.50. I thought I was quoted $622.50 so I only owed $322.50.Initial Complaint

I had arranged and paid half of the cost to have gutters installed on my townhouse and and appointment for the installation on 11/19/21 and the workers showed up on 11/18/21 as I was walking out the door with my son to have surgery I told them to go ahead with the installation. When I was able to go out and look at everything some areas did not look right and I called and was told it was ok, well we did not have any rain for several weeks and then I saw where one area the water is going behind the gutter. I have called at least 20 times to get this resolved and no one will call me back so I was asked to have a salesperson to come out to discuss leaf guards and thought then he could look at the gutters and he agreed several areas where not done correctly and gave me an estimate on the leaf guards and said he would speak to his boss about fixing the gutters. Well it's been over two weeks so I called the salesman and told him that no one had called and he told me he was advised not to contact me that it would be handled. Honestly all I want is for the gutters to be corrected and to be treated with respect. They have been paid in full I have tried to send a video of what the gutter looks like while raining but I could not attach it to the email for the companyInitial Complaint

I had gutters installed on Friday, September 3rd. They were installed incorrectly and the water drains over the side and not through the downspout. I have tried to get them to repair or replace and they sent a completely incompetent person to attempt to fix the poor installation. He came out four times. Twice after dark where you could not see well enough to do anything and twice without the proper tools or supplies. The last attempt to "fix" the problem completely ruined the gutter as he drilled seven screws through the gutter. I had also paid a deposit for another job, but after this abysmal attempt I wanted to cancel that job and get a refund on the deposit. The owner/company will not return calls or texts and is completely unresponsive.
