The vendor pulled a second payment for three additional guests with no communication. This was a fraudulent charge and I only got a partial refund. The vendor still owes me the cost for one ticket and a total of $64.20. See document for more information.Business response

***** I'm am very sorry your friends stiffed you on the payment. We have refunded you the amount that was paid for from the rest of your party. If the group that was expected to have another person wants to call in and pay foe that last person I will gladly refund the final amount. We need to be informed of any changes within 5 day of reservation per our policy that you received via email. You even disputed the charges with your bank and lost the dispute. At some point you need to be responsible for yourself and stop blaming us.

I am rejecting this response because:The original reservation was never increased by me for more than the original six attending therefore I was never stiffedby those attending. The phone call to the vendor was a "what if" more local guests want to join. Never confirmed or asked that I increase the reservation since we had the boat for our party alone and could accommodate up to ten. This is an error on their part and not on mine or my guests. I will be happy to ask all participants from my party to leave a bad review for this vendor for not taking responsibility for false charges and being unprofessional.
There are plenty of other local businesses that I will be happy to support.Sincerely,
