Horrible service. I had a tire blowout on my motorhome on highway 75. They towed me to their shop. I told them I wanted 6 new tires instead of just the blown out tire to have even tread. They ordered the WRONG size tires and put them all on my motorhome. They told me they got me bigger and better tires. I asked if they were safe and they said yes. They lied. Two hours of driving I have shaking in the back and squeaking in the front. They yelled at me on the phone call and told me to go rotate my tires. I went somewhere and they said the tires are way too big. The 4 back tires are rubbing against each other and will cause a friction resulting in four blowouts. Kenda didn't care. They were so disrespectful to myself and my disabled husband. Now I have to buy tires again from someone else that fit. I am not wealthy. I am a teacher and my husband is on disability. Shame on them.

I have proof. I have my receipt, pictures, and videos. I was towed there on December 27th by them. Kenda Truck Services of ******* in ******** is lying. How can I submit my proof?Kenda Truck Center Response

There are several businesses that have common names. Her complaint is against Kenda Truck Center. She has never been to this facility that is located in ******* *******. Her review against this company should be removed. She wants to complain about a company she needs to get the right one.Customer Response

The owners own both the Kenda company in ******** and in *******, *******. In fact, ****************** is the person I talked with while I was in distress. She screamed at me, my husband, and the mechanic in ************* who was replacing the tires her other company put on. ******* has her name on the Kenda Truck Center in *******, ******* and they put their new company in ******** in their daughter's name. Technically they are owned by the same people. But the fact is, ******* is the one who was unprofessional, rude, and unempathetic in my time of crisis due to the negligence of one of her companies. No both companies are not owned by he same people. I did not yell at them. i talk loud. ******* does not have her name on Kenda Truck Center. I answer things like this for my son. I do not own any company that has to do with repair services. This post has NOTHING to do with Kenda Truck Center in ******* ******* SO IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.********************* needs to tell the truth.
