My roof was replace and finished on July 27 2021. I paid them the amount of $12800. In January 2022 I notice staining on my wall above my window towards the right side of it. I had a drywall person tear open the wall & found a leak in the corner of where the window meets the patio roof flashing, I called the roofer & they quickly blamed the gutters. Their Project manager came over did a water test and we saw the leak happen but blamed the gutters. I reached out to the gutter company and this has nothing to do with gutters. I called contractors to view &they have all have said it is the flashing & that best practice should have been to advise me of this and replace. I pointed this out to their project manager and he admitted it was a poor judgment call from his workers. He said he would have this fix and damages as well. A month went by did not hear anything I text the manager and he said that based on pictures the owner will not replace or fix. I contacted the main office to complain. A week later received call from owner he came by and stated he would fix and cover any damages that was done because the flashing was not replaced this included bad wood from the corner in where the flashing meets the corner of the window. He asked me to get quotes which I provided a fair quote from another company that repairs that type of damage done to the exterior wall and stucco. He then said he would think about wasting more time. 2 months went by only for him to say he was not going fix anything or pay for any damages. I questioned his actions. He then used a sneaky tactic by hiring a lawyer so he would avoid talking to me. He wanted me to accept $3000 which will not cover damages or flashing repairs & to release him from warranty. I don/t have resources to continue with a lawyer and he knows this. I had roof inspected and he did not replace plumbing vent per Florida code. I believe this is a breach. I cannot trust this company to make repairs & seek a settlementBusiness response
