On the date of April 17th, 2024 I, ******* *******, sent a 300$ deposit to book 2 yachts for 6 hours from 2pm-8pm with Dreamcars Miami Economy LLC with a total of 26 people in my party (13 people each yacht). The remaining balance of $2250 was due the date of the yacht charter May 18th, 2024 before departure. Over $3000 (food, travel expenses and decorations) was spent total planning these yachts for my birthday. Upon booking we were promised both yachts would be leaving from the same location, however only 2 days before the date of departure we were informed that the yachts would in fact be leaving from 2 different locations about 20 minutes apart from each other. The first charter left at promptly 2pm resulting in the leaving behind of one passenger due to the unexpected location change. Therefore the 2nd charter at the second location had to wait for the last passenger that was left behind and did not depart until promptly 3pm already cutting into 1 hour of our charter time. After departing of the 2nd yacht and both yachts finally meeting up on the water it was about 3:39pm when the yachts were anchored next to each other (time stamps provided). At promptly 4:30pm the *********** pulled up and boarded the yachts (time stamped pictures provided) in which the *********** did not leave until the yachts left to go back to their docks which was about 7:34pm (I have proof of time but its not allowing me to upload) You will see at 7:02pm the *********** were still on the yacht and taking up our chartered yacht time. Upon speaking to the *********** we were informed there reasoning for pulling us over and staying upon board for so long (the entire duration of the charter from 4:30pm) was due to the yachts not being in compliance and having violations. (There is proof evidence of one the Sergeants of the **** messaging saying they will bring up refunding us our money due to THEIR violations taking up our time).SEE PICTURES ATTACHED FOR CONTINUED EXPLANATION OF INCIDENT
