the transaction date was 9/24/21 to install all ******** gutters Paid them $2000.00 Their warranty says 5 years they damaged the roof eve drip moldings roof tile and water has been leaking in between the back of the roof gutters and the roof fascia so eventually the wood roof fascia will rot. they have been here over 6 times to try to fix the leaks 2 have been fixed but one of the two started leaking again , there are a total of 5 corners leaking. this is a nightmare they have had missed appointments , no shows and not even a phone call W e finally got a hold of the company owner and he showed up and said im going to get every thing perfect , so wew are back to where we started still leakingBusiness response

Good afternoon,
First of all, I am sorry it took so long to get back to you, I am going to place these emails on my favorites, so it does to go to spam again.
This customer has a few leaks after two years of the work done and I went back with my team to take personal attention on their issues. We correct everything resealing all the joints. A week after he call again saying that all joints was leaking again, he shows us a video with a small drop of water, and I explain that the outside of the gutter gets wet when is raining and the drip outside is normal and wont ever damage the fascia board. He didnt agree, we sent our guys back this time We apply a stronger seal and take 4 hours resealing again and all my technician there said that it wasnt necessary cause there was no leaks anymore everything occurs on the external area of the gutter.
Even though we were kind, very communicative and helpful, the customer was not satisfied and keep complaining, insulting us that everything was bad, horrible job, thats not the right way to do it etc..even when the gutter system was working perfectly and looking great, so I decided to offer him to cover the bill of any repairs from another company. He contacts me back with a bill of $2700 what I consider to be taking advantage of the situation.Im always in all disposition to honor the warranty and put costumers satisfaction first but I wont allow anyone take advantage and disrespect my people. The customer sent the pictures attached, that were took after we sealed everything, as you can see the drops on the gutters are an exterior dripping, proper of any rain. There is no evidence of leaks on that corner.
