The interaction happened on 1/8/23. I paid $100.44 for 2 all day passes for my kids. We have dropped off our kids multiple times at Andretti's, but this time they called and said we could not leave them there. I said I understood and would like a refund for the 2 all day passes. The general manager said they do not give refunds. I explained I understood that my kids had been there for 30 minutes and I would pay for an hour, but to not refund me for the all day passes was unacceptable. The GM declined this solution. The way he acted was very rude and condescending. In the end, I walked out, paying for two all days passes, and no refund of any kind.Initial Complaint

7/25/2022 my teen children went to Andretti s to ride the go carts. My daughter told me the cashier said I needed to come in and sign a waiver to allow them in. I did , however I got a call within a half an hour from my daughter saying that they will not allow us on the rides without the parent, so I went in and asked to speak to the manager for a refund since no one told me that I had to be there the whole time as I paid and checked them in and due to the fact they haven't rode any rides. They refused to issue a refund and said this has been their policy for 10 years which I was unaware of because on many occasions my kids have been there with no parent. If that is their rules so be it and now I know however I believe I should get a refund due to the circumstances now I am -70 dollars due to poor communication from them and my kids didn't get to enjoy any rides.
