I contacted JT Roofing because I had 1 missing shingle on my roof and it needed to be replaced for insurance purposes. When I spoke to them, I explained I just had a roof inspection done and needed to have 1 shingle replaced. They responded, no problem we can help you with that, it is not a problem. The guy shows up and I showed him the picture and that I needed the one shingle replaced and he said we have a $575 minimum charge. I of course said I only need one shingle. He said that is the company's minimum charge we can do $500. I stated that this never told to me and that this was misleading, had I known that you would charge that much to have one shingle replaced and sealed, I would have never have made the appt. They misspoke, and nver informed me of a"minimum cost" for which they said they replace the shingle and seal the roof. Needless to say I did not contract with them. If I was going to pay $575, I would start the process for a new roof, not just a shingle repair and sealing. So again "buyer beware".

We never give a price over the phone..... We always inspect the roof before any price is given. We came out for Free to look at the roof. Once on site we did see only one missing shingle. Like you said we gave you our price. Our price is our price. We did not ask anything from you nor did we tell you any price before coming out. You were extremely rude to our tech and to us over the phone. You were never talked to or treated unfairly. If you didn't like our price its as easy as moving on to another roofer. We wish you the best..
