Paid $2000 for a Tattoo service from an Artist - ***************************** who on his profile (*************************************************************)States he has 25 years of experience & is an award winning Tattoo Artist. The results of the service were extremely poor, the Linework of the Tattoo was crooked & lines were not straight in addition to the color of the ink turning green & faded within a week. The tattoo design requested was not what was received. The overall quality of work was categorized as amateur or entry level. Business responded to me declining a partial refund, in which I had to pay excessive amounts of money to remove the tattoo due to its ******************* concerns. This business should be shut down & investigated for negligence.Business response

Hi, this customer came into our shop on January 31st and was serviced by one of our great artist ******. He and *************************** communicated many times before the tattoo was actually permanently put on him. After the tattoo was done. He left very happy and did not mentioned at he was upset. Then later on march 5th he started emailing the artist and the shop that he over paid for what he received. That we dont know what we are doing. To my knowledge he received a very nice tattoo. He had a current tattoo he wanted to blend in with the new one and asked for clouds above it all in black and grey. This style of tattoos are called realism and they have no outlines. Just shading. I have included the pictures below. I have offered ******* a touch up. But he wants a full refund which is what he wants. He received a permanent tattoo we cannot take back. It looks great! Artist worked very hard on it for over 7 hours and he was told from the beginning the artist is $300 per hour. Since then he has left us a bad yelp, ****** and now you guys. Im sorry but we will not be refunding him. He received a great tattoo and signed a release form which I will include saying no refunds, no returns. We are not responsible for how the customer takes care of his ********************** while its healing. We give him the instructions and then its up to the customer to follow instructions.

I am rejecting this response because:***************** shouldnt allow Artists who claim they have 20 years of Award Winning experience to work at his Tattoo shop. This is false information provided to the customer which is very misleading. ALL of the artists are NOT Award winning artists & I DID NOT receive the Tattoo I requested nor the Quality of Work that was provided on the final result. This is NOT about me improperly healing the Tattoo this is about poor quality, poor Linework, & INEXPERIENCED Artists representing your shop!
Take a look at the attached photo & tell me if those are CLOUDS which I requested on my shoulder & recieved something else which I had to laser off.
