As the customer service and compliance manager, I want to formally apologize as I was not aware of your case. ********** is a 3rd party service we offer. When funds are transferred to this service, you have the option to create an account with them and use them as funds management/transfer service. I have added the funds back into your FARMASI account, which you would have to now transfer to the bank account of your choice. I have also shut off the PayQuicker function on your account, so this does not happen again. I have also included a screenshot with your transaction history reflecting that we have added the funds back.Thank you,

On 10/03/2024 o was charged $210.25 by Farmasi. I had never heard of this comedy in my life. I had to ****** them. The number provided by *************** for the company to dispute. The fraud charge went to your voicemail with an automated system, saying the user was not available. It was not legit company phone number. Ive never heard of this company and I have no idea how they got my information to Charge me fraudulentlyBusiness response

We are sorry to hear this is happening to you. It appears your information may have been compromised and used for an order with us. FARMASI US, LLC is a multilevel marketing company based in Miami, FL. The individual that compromised your information created an account under your name with an address from Port Saint Lucie. I see in the complaint you filed, you mentioned that you have disputed the charge with your bank. We are able to attempt to still proceed with a refund and will include proof of that, but might not be able to since the charge has been disputed. More than likely you will still receive your funds back, but it is a separate process handled by your financial institution. Our best suggestion is to speak to your bank and have a new card issued to you.

Hello,
in the previous message, I sent proof that on our end I requested a refund for the transaction. When we process the refund it takes about 24-48 hours to reflect. This is also what was communicated to Ms. Clyne. Would we need to respond this to her in this case?

So Farmasi has decided to lock my account even though contract says you have 180 days to try another company before any action can be taken. Not only that I placed an order last week that I still have yet to receive but yet they have deducted the funds from my bank account and from my ******************** wallet ! Since my account is locked I can not even check if it has shipped and can not get anyone on customer service to help me ! I have been kind and respectful not to mention loyal to products I use with them. I will be seeking council because I have stayed within spending $125 every 6 months actually way more than that with the nutrition. Contract says 180 days and it has only been 52 days ! Now they have stole money from me ! I was wondering why I have not received my order and this explains it now I cant even track it but they have my money ?? I will never purchase another dime from this company you can bet on that ! They do not know who they are messing with ! My account better be unlocked soon or I will be contacting an attorney! Any that signed up if you want to continue with this company its up to you but I will no longer promote nor sell and I will be going public with this ! @highlightBusiness response

I have received package and willingly accept and resign with no intention of ever being affiliated with such a shady company! You say all you need to do is spend at least $125 every 6 months its how we were always taught to recruit and believe need to be honest and let people know they can not be part of another company not hide it in small print but yet when your influencers are advertising about membership it needs to be told . I will be displaying truth on my social media and so will all 20 of the members I had recruited now that they as well know the truth.

I had planned to be a product influencer at this company. I ordered a starter kit and a hat with mascara that never came. I was given an order number on August *******. I never received a tracking number so after a few weeks I got concerned, when I went into my account the order was not showing. The money has been taken out of my account and I want it returned. The amount was $40.26. I emailed the number on the website and no response. I used *********************** which is my personal email when contacting the company. I made seven purchases with the company named Farmisi. They did not tell me that there were fragrances in their products and I broke out with everything. I also brought some of their nutrition stuff. I did not know they use artificial sweetener as that causes cancer. There is no way of getting in contact with them. I need a phone number so I can return my items. I have a few orders coming tomorrow and Im going to try to, return to sender. I need help sending back everything else. There is nobody there to help you even canceling two things. I have on subscription. You were unable to do it in the app. This seems like a very sketchy company and I dont trust them. I emailed them and no response. I have hundreds of dollars wasted that I cant use. And the stuff thats coming I didnt open any of it and the stuff that comes tomorrow I will not open any of it. The only items I would would like to return my packages from August 2024. I should not have to pay for shipping to return these products because I was misled on that website. Can somebody please contact me? My phone number is ************ my email ******************** I placed a few orders last month, but I did not open up everything because I recently found out that it all has fragrance in it. *******************************The business did receive my packages back and credited me for the five purchases. I just have to wait for them to clear with the bank which could take a long time. I hope iit is a speedy process. I will let the bank know and please thank them for cooperating and I also thank you for your help with this matter. I do see the five credits on my bank account, but I guess it has to clear until I can receive it. If you dont mind me asking them how long does it take to physically clear? Thank you so much.

02/22/24 $70.98 Order #******** I wanted to reorder 3 lipsticks in the same color I'd previously purchased.Since my lipstick had a #4 sticker on it, I reordered the #4 lipsticks. My lipstick could only be identified as #4, it did not contain the color name on the sticker.However, Farmasi renumbered their lipsticks, so the #4 I received was a different shade. I had difficult contacting them at all. Emails to them bounce (see attachment). Their website does not offer an option to contact them via email, or via a website chat, or through a contact box on their website. The only way to reach them intitially is to call them during their east coast business hours.When I did reach them by phone, their representative refused to exchange the product and told me I had to return them for a refund. I only intended to return the 3 lipsticks. However, reading their email now, it appears I have to return ALL of the items I purchased in order to receive an actual refund. A partial return will result only in a store credit. I no longer want to do business with Farmasi due to their inadequate customer service. I do not want to reorder from them. I want a refund. I have not received clear instructions on how to return only the erroneously ordered items to receive a refund to my credit card.Business response

I am rejecting this response because I have requested an exchange.I received the wrong product due to poor product labeling (my original item had a color number, but did not list a name) so when I reordered, I inadvertently ordered the wrong color because they changed the numbers.
I paid for shipping when I purchased these items. Farmasi wants me to pay to ship them back, with tracking, then will charge me shipping again if I still want to receive the color I originally intended to buy.
I have asked twice for an exchange so that I do not have to pay shipping three times.
I want an exchange.

When signing up as a Beauty Influencers there are terms and conditions that are agreed upon which include the policies and procedures set forth by the company. The distributor that filed this complaint, signed up to a competing direct selling company and was contacted by our Compliance team about this before month end. Our policies state you cannot be a part of a competing company and if your termination/resignation is before month end, you are only paid for your last full pay period (month). *****'s account compliance procedure began on December 31, 2023. She sent a resignation after month's end.Best regards,

A couple years ago, an acquaintance was marketing Farmasi products on her social media page as a consultant for the organization. I like supporting women but was also intrigued by her ****** enthusiastic review of the product line. I purchased a few items and instantly fell in love with one of them. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, I was ready to purchase again. I went online and ordered the same product with the same color/shade code as displayed on the original bottle. This time there were 20 different color shades instead of 5. Nevertheless, I ordered a bottle of foundation in shade "00" as I did before and waited for my shipment. When it arrived, I noticed immediately that the "00" from my original order a couple years ago was not the same "00" shade that I received in the mail. I emailed customer service to confirm I received the correct product, understand what changed, and ask how I could exchange the incorrect shade for the correct one. Two days later, I received an email reply indicating that I can ship the product back (shipping costs at my expense and on top of what was already paid to receive the item) and that there would be a restocking fee. No explanation of why the shades were different but had the same numbering or how I could exchange the wrong color for the correct one. I replied to the email the same day asking for the additional information and have not heard back. It's been 3 days.I purchased this item at a special price of $18.95 plus $4.99 shipping. I'd like to exchange the bottle I received for the correct color for the price I've already paid. I'm happy to incur the cost of shipping the item back if necessary but feel misled based on the number change. My order number is ********Business response
