On August 8, 2023 I purchased a $100 digital e-gift card to give to someone. I inputted the recipient's email address but they never received it. I stopped by Silverspot Cinema ********* and a young woman explained my recipient should a check her spam and junk. It was not in her spam or junk. I shared my email receipt with her and when she visited the cinema she was unable to use it. She paid out of pocket for the Silverspot experience which was embarrassing. I tried to call on four different days (2 calls per day) but they did not answer the phone (plenty of waiting room music). I physically went to the store and spoke with ****** (assistant manager?) and asked about the e-gift card and their phone system. He said he would be a few minutes as he was helping another customer. Ironically, while I was waiting for ****** to finish with another customer, he was trying to assist an elderly woman to scan a gift card to take her granddaughters to a movie. It took **** minutes and a phone call to figure out her gift card. Note: the phones seemed to be working while assisting this customer. ****** asked me how he could help and I mentioned the concern about many phone calls and my $100 e-gift card. ****** mentioned their phone lines "have been down." ****** didn't know anything about e-gift cards and said he would have the General Manager call me. I left my contact information and two weeks later and more unanswered phone calls, I've never been contacted by anyone at Silverspot. I filed a complaint on the Silverspot website via a digital online form. Its been three weeks and I haven't heard anything back. I tweeted at them on ******* and never heard back. Basically, their customer service is deplorable and I'd like a refund. Note: My quarrel is not with ******, but with the management at the ********* Silverspot location.Initial Complaint

Bought a gift card for a friend on December 24th. They have a promotion buy a $100 gift card get a $20 gift card for you. I never received the $20. I filled out a form online no answer. I called corporate was told it was a glitch. She took my info told me who to email . I did no response. They are advertising a $20 gift card when you buy $100. I dont think that is right. Advertising falsely. Id like my $20 gift card from them as promised
