I hired AGM Services and Repair INC. to do renovations and repairs. (see documents) AGM asked for a down payment of half ($4750.00) on 12/1/2021 in order to lock the job in. I paid with a check and the next day I was provided a insurance document for the job. AGM disappeared and I didn't hear anything until the roofer for the company came to do soffit and fascia board work on 12/18/21. The roofer returned again on the following Saturday (Christmas day) stating he would not continue the work until I paid ($1356.24) for materials and extra labor) they called AGM's owner (*****) and he said I had to pay or they would leave. I paid the amount with a check. At the end I pointed out the poor conditions of the wood installations they just completed. The roofer said "don't worry" ***** the owner will fix all the holes and gaps and put back my flood/porch lights and my cameras. I continued to try to reach ***** but he would not respond. AGM finally reappeared at the beginning of February. He came to complete another job he was working on inside my house that another contractor had paid him to complete. This other job was started back in August of 2021 and ***** was hired in October to complete it for the previous contractor. ***** (AGM) would disappear for weeks and would not answer my calls or texts. So in February he came and saw the condition of the soffit and fascia and he assured me he would fix all the problems. Since the beginning of February he kept promising to start work but he would not show up to do the work. One day he came and started the concrete work around my driveway. He poured the concrete but had nothing to smooth it out and it looks horrible. He promised to come back to fix it and complete the other work he was supposed to do on the driveway. He also had me write a check for ($295) for paint. On February 19, I had enough of the no show and no work and I asked him to please just refund my money. On 2/24/22 he said he would not refund my money.
