      Insurance Nation has horrible customer service. They leave you on hold for over an hour only to hang up on you. They only work with insurance companies that are scammers. They don't work to get you a low insurance premium, they only set you up with insurance companies like United Auto Insurance Group to lock you into bad insurance contracts that make you pay more than you need to. Their agents are never available, they don't give you all the information up front and they try to lock you in for months.I am trying to get a $580 refund from UAIG and Insurance Nation won't even help me to recoup the money I paid after cancelling one day after paying my insurance premium.

      I got an insurance plan through Insurance Nation in Hollywood, Fl several months ago when I purchased a used car from a dealership that is in partnership with them. I thought the process was going pretty smooth you know? You buy a car and sit with a car insurance agent to seal the deal. I regret it now, months after when I've attempted to cancel the insurance service because I found a much better deal that was a fraction of the price... I first contacted the 3rd party insurance company, they informed me that I cannot cancel my plan because the agent is the only one authorized to do so. Which is **! I then called Insurance Nation and got to the first agent relatively quickly and immediately after I informed them that I want to cancel my service, he asked me why, I replied "no reason". Moments after he said "okay" and the call was disconnected not from my end. I then attempted to recall them several times and the same situation would occur. The machine tells you, you are number 4 in line, 3, 2 and whenever it got to caller #2 the call would drop for no reason. I figured that it was a tactic they use so that it makes it more difficult for insurers to get their money back and to also make it incredibly difficult to cancel your existing plan. I didn't give up though. I found a workaround and have sent it to the agent and also informed the insurance. Give me my money back in full as soon as possible or I will sue!

      I called this company and was on hold for over an hour while 1st in their cue. Do not waste your time with company they have terrible customer service and simply don’t want to work. Call any other insurance brine as there are many options and other companies who do work.
