Regular customer with about $1,000 in prior purchases. Order #***** placed 4/28/24. Order never came but tracking shows damaged in shipping, returning to shipper. Company failed to respond to two contacts or provide replacement order.Initial Complaint

On 27 April 2022, I placed an order for one six-pack of Organic PURE Pomegranate juice in 32 oz glass bottles, and on 10 May 2022, I placed another order for one six-pack of Organic PURE Pomegranate juice in 32 oz glass bottles, and I paid $75.00 for each order, for a total of $150.00. Today is 03 June 2022, and I have not received either order, I am still waiting to receive the twelve bottles of pomegranate juice. So, I called ***************** left a message, and a representative by the name of ******** returned my call. I explained the situation, and she told me she would contact *******, that he would be in charge of handling the issue, and I asked her to have him give me a call. However, instead of receiving a call, I received an unsigned e-mail from Lakewood Online ***************** *****************************************************, Office: ************, ************************************* yesterday, 02 June 2022, stating that both orders were delivered to my address, and ***** tracking numbers were provided. I sent an immediate reply stating that contrary tothe tracking information that ***** provided, those orders were not delivered to my address, and I requested photographic evidence that proves the boxes of pomegranate juice were left at my address. I also pointed out that there are two possibilities: 1) ***** delivered the boxes to the wrong address, or 2) Someone stole the boxes from my front porch. I also wrote: "In either case, good customer service practices would be to give your customer, in this case, me, the benefit of the doubt, by either issuing me a refund for at least one of the two boxes of pomegranate juice that I am telling you I did not receive, or by shipping me at least one box of pomegranate juice to replace one of the two boxes I didn't receive.The favorof a reply, at your earliest convenience, is requested. Thanks, in advance, for your assistance in this matter." Lakewood *********************** (*******) has not responded, my complaint has been ignored.
