I placed order on 7/31/2023 paid a total of $55.17 $5.95 was for 4-8 day shipping Here it is 8/25/2023 and my order still has not shipped. I have requested a refund multiple times and continually get some email saying they have to check with warehouse to make sure the order hasn't shipped! It clearly has not shipped and I want a full refund.Business response

As per attached, refund was verified to be currently in process. Will update the customer once the said amount is allocated to the **** account we have on file.

I am rejecting this response because:Tatbrow has been stating since the minute I contacted them they would send a request first to the warehouse then to billing but nothing happens. I paid $5.95 for 4-8 shipping and it has been 2 days shy of 30 days. I have been patient it is time to giveme back my money. Your request never seem to get any kind of attention.
Not once have you gotten back to me with any information on your requests!
I do not care to do business with a company such as yours. So I don't care if it has shipped ( which it hasn't) I WANT A FULL REFUND NOW!
YOU CERTAINLY TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDATELY NOW GIVE IT BACK

Ordered from the company and haven't received one item. Spent over $80. No response to emails. One purchase for $18.95 and the other for $69. Only way to contact is by email and at this point they are looking like scammersBusiness response

This accounts were checked and can confirm that both order were delivered vis **** on February 1, 2023 in ***********, ** 63116, the exact shipping address logged then the online purchase was made.
Please check attached documents in reference to the delivery details of the said orders.
