Please find some details here: - The move happened in July - Paid the company $1700 approx.- They committed to provide a move. They were a bit late so it could not be completed in one day, the movers stated they needed more people and one more experienced to do it faster. The second day they came, they informed me that since they were slower, they would not be paid the second day by their boss. So I gave them some cash since I felt bad, I really didn't think I was going to be charged for a "full second" day which they never completed unpacking everything, like terrace furniture, and other items. - After going to their insurance company they informed that the only type of insurance they have is by weight and since my tv weights very little, the screens weight very little, and the flowers weight very little, they could not recover the full amount of the items. They claim that they discounted me $500, but from a second day that should have never happened! But I also incurred in operational costs, second day of supervising out of office, gas, etc - So finally, I received an email to settle for $410 approx. I was shocked! that only covers the flowers and one computer screen. Nothing about my tv (+$2500) or the rest of damages. So I responded that I was shocked but never told them I will not accept it. And never heard from them again! - The account is ***************************. - Since the ** was broken and with my first discussions they mentioned that I could not prove that the movers did it because there were more workers in the house, so I unpacked the rest of items in video, and sent it to them. So we all have the videos of the unpacking broken screens. I just want them to respond and pay the broken ** at least. I can take a loss in the rest, just like them, let's meet in the middle amicably!Business response

We reconciliated the situation with the customer, a check of **$410 was sent mid January. With the ck and the discount we gave the customer on the invoice sum US$1,000
